Update: awesome support!
UPDATE:After my honest review, a Creality representative reached out to me to discuss further. I was pleasantly surprised of how genuinely the concern was to my pain points. I was very impressed of their empathy and the fact they reached out to me. This exemplifies a company that takes pride in their products and cares about their customers. I will definitely give Creality another chance on this merit alone. Perhaps a 3D Printer is on the horizon of a future purchase. Thanks again Creality! This was my first laser cutter/engraver. I selected this as my very first one since it’s affordable and I’d be able to ramp up with experience and knowledge into the craft then invest more money master on towards better machines, but it was so frustrating for the most simple fundamental of framing the item to the exact location the laser module would cut/engrave. It was all a guessing game. Plus, you need to use Lightburn which I absolutely hated. The software is not intuitive for the 1st time user and requires a lot of time to investing in learning it. I ended up transitioning to an XTool S1 40Watt/2Watt IR, and let me tell ya, you don’t need a masters degree to figure out how to use it. Straight out of the box you hit the road running. XTool is so simple and intuitive without any guessing games of where the module will start engraving.I wish I had saved my money and bought the XTool from the very beginning.

Works Great.
Order another one and sent it back. It quit working. So far this one is easy to use with Lightburn. There is definitely a learning period so you must be patient.

Poor shipping. Haven't received it twice now. Lost in same place
Might have been good but I've ordered this one and a replacement and both times my package has not arrived and no tracking updates. Amazon customer service was horrible as well. Ordering a different product from the same seller to see if I receive it after arguing with Amazon about this and finally getting a half decent order. Hopefully this is not a creality issue itself because I didn't have anywhere near these problems with my original cutter and only wanted to upgrade it. Looks like I'll be staying away from Creality in the future if my final order doesn't arrive. What a shame because I love my original cutter. Just needed something stronger.

Wow
I love it. Once I got it to work. Instructions don't explain squat on startup. You have to U-TUBE if you are new at this. Plus makesure you have good ventilation.

Creality Falcon Laser Works Good
I like this Creality Falcon Pro 10w Laser. It is working very nice for my projects. One benefit of this Falcon Pro 10w laser is that the open design allows for working on some larger objects. You will also want to purchase an enclosure with exhaust for lasers and a honeycomb base to use with this unit right from the start. I got the Creality Enclosure 2.0 and the Creality Honeycomb 500x500 and they work well with this laser setup. Together those added about another $150 to the cost. This Creality Falcon Pro 10w laser works very well and I am happy with it. But you should know that this is an older model and if you are just starting you might prefer the newer Falcon2 12w Laser for only a few dollars more because it adds a little more power and convenience and also has a preassembled frame. This one you have to put the frame together. Or you might prefer the newest Falcon A1 because it is fully assembled and includes the enclosure with fume extraction and a camera that adds some ease of use features that you may want. Whichever one you decide to get I think it will be a good introduction to laser engraving and cutting and you will enjoy making things with it.
