I ordered the Sugar Defense supplement because no matter how hard I try to stick to a completely sugar free diet, the temptation is often too big to overcome. I don't eat as much sugar now as I did until the end of last year, but I do enjoy certain sweet snacks every now and then. I have stopped drinking soda and my chocolate consumption has gone down by almost 90%. So, of the other 10%, plus all the fruit I eat daily, I want to take control. And this supplement helps me with exactly that. Taking two pills a day, with my two largest meals and eating my sugary snacks with these larger meals, has kept my blood sugar in a very healthy range. I measure three times a day for health reasons and I could see a difference. I combine this supplement with two capsules of White Mulberry Extract and four capsules of White Kidney Bean extract (which helps reduce the absorption of carbohydrates). Yes, that sounds like a lot of pills to take before a meal, but believe me, it's the best combination of carb and sugar blockers I have ever found. This does the job for me! I have been on a strict diet and exercise program for a couple of months, and then I had to travel for two weeks.
