Does it's job
Can't say much more than that. It's purpose built for one task and that is removing the older style 12 sided sensor from your fuel filter without damaging the flats. It's plenty thick enough to apply adequate force for the plastic sensor threads, so no complaints. I only used it to remove the sensor once out of the truck, but it looks like there is room to use this with the filter still installed (I wouldn't do it that way, but it looks like you could). Also, I have to say that unless someone has really overtightened the sensor, a good pair of channel-locks will also do the job without damage as long as you take your time and don't force it. But it you do it enough, this is worth the money to be sure you don't tear up the sensor.

Not needed and can't return.
I don't know how well it worked. Despite having a 2010 6.6L duramax this wrench didn't fit the water sensor on the fuel filter. Now I can't even return it. Read the return policy of this seller carefully before ordering. Also, I was able to remove and reinstall the sensor with my hand so there is likely no reason to buy a wrench.

Excellent mat!
Saw one in a store and it was much cheaper on Amazon. Very good quality mat that is a bit thicker than most. It has ridges that keep things from rolling off. This is an excellent mat and I bought both sizes.
