ChocZero Keto Chocolate Sandwich Cookies with Creme - Low Sugar Gluten Free Dunkies (1 Box, 9oz)

Back in October, ChocZero was giving away what they said was a "bad" batch of Halloween Dunkies - basically orange-colored filling sandwiched by two chocolate cookies, just like this. They're basically Oreos, but keto! The original ones tasted FABULOUS... I was like, "OMG... it's an OREO!" ... for about 10 seconds. Then, they kinda devolved into a slightly bitter flavor because of the added coconut flour or oil, I think...? So... ChocZero did not sell those, and promised to remove all the coconut. They did. These are it! I should note.. I LOVED the flavor and texture of the Halloween ones SO much, despite the bitter aftertaste, that I ended up buying a bunch once they reluctantly began selling them due to so many requests to do so! :) I'm SO glad they went forward with the new versions. Vanilla is arriving soon...can't wait!! I have tried these in morning coffee, and afternoon teas. They melt beautifully, but hold together. The flavor is outstanding!! It's not "weird." Just tasted like... hmm.. maybe a hint of cinnamon or biscuit in there...? That's the only difference in the flavor profile from the one we're all familiar with. Good crunch, lickable middle, not sickly sweet...balanced...just right! 3 net carbs for two cookies. Yay! I'm sold... these are a new favorite, along with their Rhea bars - Snicker's replacement - caramels - you MUST try those - hazelnut cocoa "spread" - a Nutella replacement..my FAVORITE item made by them - and a host of others...like their freeze-dried marshmallows for cereal... again, outstanding! I've been on keto for over 4 years for medical reasons. It's working! I miss all of the goodies... like these. ChocZero is slowly bringing back my favorite things! I'll be buying Dunkies regularly!

So happy they finally made these in lemon flavor. Perfect crunch and just the right amount of lemon filling. Individual packs of 2 cookies keep them fresh and make them easy for me to take to work for a snack with my coffee.

I found my self liking the chocolate flavor of these cookies a lot more then the vanilla ones. They have a very good taste to them and I do find them to be sweet tasting enough for my liking. Sadly the cookie part of it has a after taste, but i found it to not be that bad. I do wish it was a tad more sweeter in the cookie part. I enjoy them a lot, i find them to not raise my blood sugar, and compared to the other choco zero cookies i bought, they were better quality and actually have some flavor to them. The only thing I didn't like was they not really good value wise as you don't get enough of them for their price.

Despite what other negative reviews say, I like the taste of these. Or maybe i just got used to the taste. Their cookies tend to all be a little dry and have the same texture but I dont mind it because it satisfies my sweet tooth. I feel like healthier snacks are always going to have something "off" about the taste because the ingredients are more simple and they're not as processed as regular snacks. It's great substitute for when you're craving oreos or just sweets in general but you are trying to cut back on sugar. I eat them with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. As far as the Vanilla ones, they dont taste as good as they used to. They used to taste better, more similar to golden oreos, but I ordered them recently after not ordering them for a while and it seems like they did something to the ingredients because it doesn't taste good anymore. There is barely even a taste. The cookie part also seems lighter and more airy. Not like a hard cookie texture. Very different from the chocolate ones. Idk what happened but I'm kind of disappointed that they changed the taste.

Disappointed in the taste, and after all, cookies are simply entertainment food. If the taste is not great, they serve no purpose. If I could return them, I would.

First time trying out these cookies and I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were, although I bought them more due to being in a fatty libber recovery diet and even though these cookies say their kito, their really good if you are craving something store bought until getting used to sweeteners that aren’t real sugar. The flavor was interesting, the package says their churro duckies but they felt more like a cinnamon kind of flavor, like similar to the taste that the cinnamon chrunch cereal has or like a cinnamon cookie. I’m not complaining and will defetinly try their other flavors in the future. So far impress with the company, as I can’t have regular cookies but sometimes get the craving for them. Would have given it a five star, but although the packeging was fine and the cookies so far weren't crushed, I did notice that after I open the amazon packeging, around one of the sides to open the box not sure if it came lose or if it wasn't sealed properly; however, all cookies seem a-counted for and fine.
