Just like new! Saved a bunch of money by going refurbished. Honestly only difference from new is probably the box it comes in and some of the packaging. Otherwise works great!

Purchased as certified from Amazon. All the parts were there and it has been working flawlessly. I'd definitely buy from Certified Amazon again.

to explain what happened with my PlayStation 5 Slim. When it arrived, I received it, opened it, and set it up. Then problems started—the screen and controller didn’t work properly, it kept freezing, and there were update issues. It also wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Later, I checked the seller’s page and saw that they weren’t selling it new but pre-owned/used. That’s why the PS5 had so many problems. I decided to send it back to the store, and I received a refund. I recommend not buying from this seller.

Great quality. I bought it as a gift for my son. He is thrilled!! No regrets about this purchase.

Soon as I open it up and try to set it up on the TV. All the PlayStation five did was beeb to notify me as trying to power on, but I didn’t hear the console running or even showed on my TV just showed black. And I tried on multiple TVs and different cables for it and still did not work.

Works well, as if it’s brand new, came with everything, controller, the console, and all cords.Not a scratch, the packaging it comes in is secure as if you brought it from a store.Everything feels smooth, new and pristine.From other reviews, it seems like it could be a possible gamble whether your console comes with problems or not, I just happen to be lucky I suppose.
