The set arrived quickly, and the assembly was straightforward—everything was clearly labeled and easy to put together. I did a lot of research before buying this set. I depended on the reviews and most were spot on! Thank you Amazon reviewers! This furniture is easy to assemble, light weight, yet sturdy. Looks great on our deck! The only thing I recommend is not to use a box cutter when opening. Some of the boxes had the cushions on top. The price is amazing for the quality of this set.

Excuse the poor picture. I just snapped this real quick after putting the set together. Speaking of assembly, I’ll start there. This HAS to be the EASIEST set to assemble. There is literally 10 bolts for the each piece (coffee table has 8 bolts and 8 nuts). It took less than 30 minutes to put the couch together. I was surprised by how light the pieces are. They are very easy to move (a big plus for us). It feels very sturdy to sit on. I’m 350 lbs and feel comfortable sitting on all the pieces. The chairs are wide with plenty of room to spare (even for my big butt). Shipping was quick! All boxes (there were 3) arrived at the same time and were 2 days earlier than expected. Miraculously, no pieces were damaged despite the UPS driver’s deliberate disregard for the packages’ contents (he was throwing the boxes around and dropping them on my concrete porch). They seem well-packed without tedious and wasteful overpacking. They used the cushions to protect the aluminum pieces. The set looks great and I’m very happy with the purchase!

4.5 stars. This is a great item. I bought this for around $1,000 when comparing similar sets at other (big box & discount) retailers, often found for twice the price. On this set: the price, the style, the comfort, the quality is all fairly decent. Be patient, the shipping can be a little weird. If this set’s features and price are in your realm, then you should definitely buy this. Is it the best outdoor set on the market? No, but at this price point, the quality is very appropriate and very sufficient. It’s lightweight metal (aluminum (probably alloy) I believe), which makes it easy to move around and should perform well resisting rust. The cushions are fairly comfortable and acceptable for style. The fabric is not waterproof, so I plan to scotchgard them and buy patio cushion bags and bring them inside when not in-use. The instructions are “ok” and not terrible. They give you some extra pieces. There is a little design/execution flaw on one of the sofas (screwing it tight would cause the sofa to bow) To help: Basically, just don't screw the bolts all the way in until you have all the pieces and bolts at least partially in. Then go back and tighten everything. Downsides: the cushions could be a better material to resist water. the metal furniture pieces somehow attracts and hold water inside their hollow cavities (hollow metal pieces IS expected and normal). I think this may only be an issue with freezing temps after rain, which could cause a piece to bulge/bust. One of my pieces had damage, but I’ll be contacting the manufacturer for help soon. Overall, I don’t have any buyers remorse and I'm happy with the set. If I got a similar set anywhere else, it would be double the cost. Bonus: the metal won’t fall apart in the sun like wicker or rattan will. I’m looking forward to this lasting 5-10 years.

Furniture is exactly as shows. Simple directions and easy to put together. We had one small issue (one box was forgotten on the delivery truck) but customer service was fantastic! Super quick to respond and box was delivered the next day.

This patio set looks good, looked like the pictures, and it was easy to assemble. The only change we had to make was adding extra padding to the back cushions as they aren't very supportive, but that is a low-cost addition to make. I was deciding between two very similar items from different sellers and went with this one because of the reviews on customer service, and I'm glad I did. The customer service helped with clarifying when shipments would arrive (pieces arrived quickly, but in multiple shipments) as Amazon only allows showing tracking information for a single package. They also helped with one part of a frame had a large dent when it arrived - they sent me a replacement part quickly without any hassle. I recommend the product and this seller.

This patio set looks great and modern from a distance. However, if you're close enough, you'll notice imperfections. We noticed little dents (which appeared out of the box) on several pieces) and poor welding which resulted in sharp edges and corners. Be careful when lifting up certain pieces. There are little "spikes" which can easily scratch your skin up and cause injuries. My wife got a pretty bad cut from helping assemble the pieces. Also, the table appeared to be sturdy but was not level. It wobbles a bit which will make it a little hard to place drinks on. We expected better quality control for the price. The seller did seem pretty responsive and we are working with them on a resolution. Will update once we work something out. Overall, it's a pretty and modern piece of furniture. I don't expect it to completely fail but given the quality issues, I can't say for sure. The cushions are comfortable and I sprayed scotchgard on it to give it a little extra protection. Had there been no welding issues and injuries during installation, I would have easily given it a 4 or even 5 star. However, with what we experienced, I unfortunately say it's a 3.

We ordered this set for an enclosed patio/sunroom and it looks very nice. We were looking at some other patio sets and the cushions seemed really thin. Not this set. The cushions are thick and offer a nice amount of support, but are also comfortable for sitting for extended periods. The fit and finish of the powdered coated aluminum frame is very good and assembly was fairly easy and took maybe a couple of hours, but I wasn't rushing to get it together. As other reviewers have mentioned, do not tighten every screw as you assemble. Leave them a little lose until you have everything assembled, then go back and tighten them down. It will save you from having to go back and loosen some parts to complete the assembly of each piece. Once complete, it looks very nice and we expect it to hold up well as the patio is enclosed and not exposed to the elements.
