Honestly I think I’ve sent about 30 people or so to this link since I started taking it back in 2021. Once I started learning about gut health, and how important certain strains of bacteria are I had to branch out and try a variety of brands. This one is still my favorite and to anyone who suffers from skin conditions of any sort this specifically has a strain that is great for over all skin health. Also Polyphenols are so amazing to support good microbes and this is already included in the casing they use!Over all amazing product. Definitely good to use to heal the gut after taking antibiotics as well.

Does exactly what it says. Didn't cause me any issues or have side effects. Quality packaging. But lets be serous. Its a capsule inside another capsule. I've used other probiotics that are had a very similar effect and cost 1/3 the price.

I’m giving this product 5 stars for doing what it says it will do in the first few days.Today is day 5 for me.I’m still only taking 1 per day.I don’t know if I will ever get to 2 per day.I’m still experiencing some gastrointestinal pain.Bloating and gas is worse than before I started taking Seed. However I’m pushing forward with the product because I want to have a healthier gut.I think that I will continue with only one pill a day. I usually respond well with less dosage of most types of medication. As I’m not someone who needs a full dosage in most cases.I’m following a keto diet and only eat one meal a day most days.I’m hoping that the gastro issues will subside soon as I’m afraid to leave home right now because of the cramps and gas pain.I’m doing my daily walks near my home instead of going to the park where I usually walk because I’m not wanting to go too far from home.I hope to give a more positive update in a couple weeks.

I can only take 1 capsule a day, as it works fantastic with 1.I don’t have any of the side effects except for 1.Loss of appetite, I eat, but my calories are cut in half, which is a concern as I only eat <1400 calories.Having said that I’ve lost 10 pounds in <10 days.For me, I don’t need all the expensive injections ( I don’t qualify anyway).I am Celiac, so this really helps that.The food I do eat is nutritious, with no processed food. I home cook all my meals.Snacking has stopped altogether.Very happy!!!!!I can only eat 2 meals a day, but supplement with protein shakes.I literally would never guess this work. For me it’s fantastic and now my clothes are loose and I feel better.

I typically do not take a pill form but was sold on the concept of the second inner capsule releasing in the smaller intestine. However, I was super turned off on the concept of a subscription. I am always weary on that kind of marketing. I am currently in the middle of the first Jar. I did not use the manufacture site as they do NOT offer a single purchase. They offer less cost than other sites but that goes with a subscription so irregardless you will get another jar every month. I do not take the highest dose so I would not need monthly (maybe every other month but that was not an option). I thought the packaging was super wasteful and actually disturbed me as way too much money is spent on the wow in packaging (seen my fill of shark tank). Now that I have the jar I went to Amazon to purchase a refill and their is no ability to purchase a refill package. You literally have to purchase it all over again even though instructions tell you to save the jar for refills. The only site that sells refills is the manufacutre site and they dont sell it unless it is by subscription. What is the deal with that? I cannot give an true experience of the benefits of the product because they only want you on a subscription regardless if you use one pill or three pills a day and I find that ridiculous. That is like if you doctor prescribed you with 60 tables of Digoxin and said on the label take one a day yet pharmacy refills regardless 60 tablets every month. I find that not sensitive to the environment or the consumer. Again, Jury is still out on this one.

These are highly rated and I wanted something I did not have to refrigerate. They did not work for me so I cancelled my subscription after first month and went back to the refrigerated kind.
