Design Essentials Sensitive Scalp Relaxer System: 20 App, Neutralizing and 6 N 1

just did not rate it 4 stars because I did not receive the neutralizing shampoo but I did not make it a big issue I just went to my nearest beauty supply store and purchased it. It did not come with a stir or stick to mix it either. My relaxer came out nice and I also purchased the restore vitamin treatment. You do not have to purchase the restore vitamin treatment but its to treat your previously relaxed hair not the new growth and you put it on your hair before you base the scalp/ hairline and before you apply the relaxer.
