This is actually not tea at all but pure cocoa powder mix for hot chocolate or hot cocoa. While I was surprised to find this out when I ordered it (as I expected a cocoa tea of sorts) I decided to keep it anyhow for hot cocoa and let me tell you... it is awesome. It got me on a mad binge of hot cocoa that's been great as a winter warmup treat. They should absolutely rewrite the description to be more accurate so as not to confuse future purchasers. So all in all, it is misleading as it is not tea at all... but as a cocoa mix, it is top notch. Hope that helps!

People need to start reading and not be so lazy. It says, right on the product page: " Country of Origin : Ecuador "

I'm guessing you did NOT read the INGREDIENTS or the ABOUT on the product page??? And I quote: "Cacao Bliss (Loose Leaf) is made up of rich, organic cacao shells, the outer part of the cacao bean. This is a caffeine-free blend in general, but since chocolate and cacao alike contain very minor natural stimulants like theobromine, it is labeled as caffeinated from a FDA food labeling standpoint. Davidson's Cacao Bliss (Loose Leaf) offers the deeply layered flavor of dark chocolate. " So YES, it is the papery outer husk/shell of the seed/bean itself.
