Quality made
I really liked the way the zippers are made and the heavy duty material that overlaps it and the pull tabs can be tucked in making it very difficult for someone else to sneak into the bag. Nicely engineered.

this item has so much space and separate compartments are great

Impressive
I was sceptical buying this at first, but it is built durable. The zippers are heavy duty and the lining is somewhat thick. Good for adventures.

Decent , spacious. Fabric feels inferior.
Decent , spacious but fabric is stiffer and cheaper compared to similarly priced ones.Spacious for a 15 in, but not so much for a 17in.There are better ones around this price range with far superior fabric and space.

Perfect carry on backpack for travel
This was a great purchase. It's always hard to tell how big a bag actually is when ordering online. This isn't a huge bag that looks too big on my back (5'3") but it does hold everything I need. It has a nice padded laptop compartment for my gaming laptop. It holds a pair of Jordan 1s, a change of clothes, toiletries, and plenty more without looking too bulky. Great quality materials as well.

Almost but not quite
Purchased to be used for work and carrying laptop.Love the color and style but upon delivery it was obvious it would not work.Back of the pack is flimsy and not sturdy. The main compartment is large, deep and would hold the computer. The other pockets are too small and tight to be useful for my purposes. The bottom most pocket on front is, in my opinion, uses less as there is not enough material to open it. Same for the “security pocket” on the front.

Nice backpack
This is a nice backpack. I'm still on the fence about keeping it but mostly because I'm 5'4" which makes the backpack a little too long for me (it hits my butt rather than just above).Pros: Sturdy fabric and seams, padded handle on top for carrying, padded shoulder straps with D rings for a carabiner clip (essential if you are carrying a water bottle or mug), two mesh pockets on the sides for SMALL umbrella or water bottle, lots of pockets, organizer pocket goes full depth with the small organizing pockets right at the top, laptop pocket has plenty of space for things including chargers or clothes or tablet (I also carry an iPad Pro 12.9")Cons: Positioning of the laptop in the back pocket is really low which would require taking half the stuff in that pocket out in order to take your laptop out for TSA checkpoints; no bidirectional zippers on any of the pockets other than the laptop one in back - things can fall out when opening them to add or take stuff out, side mesh pockets are very small and tight - could hold an 8-oz bottle of water or a small umbrella but not a coffee cup or taller travel mug/bottle, chest strap cuts right across your boobs if you're a women - not a great lookI have a MacBook Pro 16-inch that I travel with. I do a lot of graphic and editing work and need the larger screen. So many laptop backpacks are sized for 15.3" which means my laptop won't fit or will be dangerously squashed at the top. I really like this backpack, even without the bidirectional zippers, but it's a good 2-3" too tall for it to ride comfortably on my back. There is a ton of space above the laptop - in the video, they show that as a space to tuck headphones. There is also a ton of space in the laptop pocket for clothes or other stuff. Problem is that the opening of the backpack pocket only comes about halfway up the height of that compartment. If you've filled it, you're going to have to empty half your stuff out in order to get your laptop out for TSA scanning at the airport. I've been looking for a backpack with a back compartment that's just for the laptop (doesn't have to be lay flat either) but those are all for 15.3" laptops rather than for the one I use. There are three other pockets/compartments on this bag. On the front of the bag, there is a pocket near the bottom. It's small and I could see it being a little tight when the bag is full and pressing against it. It's big enough to put my whole hand in - I could see me using it to keep tissues in or for small stuff I want to get to like my inhaler, keys, pens/pencils. Above that is another small pocket. The flap is shaped like an upside down U with a zipper that only runs one way, so you have to open at least half of the entire flap in order to get to anything in it. I could see things easily falling out of this pocket while trying to access it in an airport. The other compartment is between the laptop compartment and the front of the bag. It's full depth with organizing slots at the top and plenty of space below for chargers, cords, medications, and so forth. It also has a curved opening like an upside down U and only zips from one direction. You will have to open the entire flap to get to anything, but the flap only covers the top half of the pocket which at least keeps everything from falling out. It's pretty roomy overall.I strongly suspect this backpack is going back. The lack of bidirectional zippers and inconvenience in terms of getting my laptop out for TSA are big negatives for me. If it fit me better, I'd likely keep it, even with those negatives because I like the overall quality as well as the look of the backpack. So, I'd say, if you're tall enough (5'9" or more), you'll get a great fitting backpack that will definitely carry the stuff you need.
