Exactly what they were suppose to be

I do like the actual product, seemed high enough quality. The little plastic case is a bit cheap. I purchased these for home use, I am not a professional practitioner. I guess I assumed that there would be some sort of chart of where to place the magnets for a few of the more common ailments. Nope, nothing. So I messaged the supplier, they did reply quite promptly, however it was a link for some books to purchase on how to use the magnets. So, yes I was very disappointed that in my opinion they should be giving guidance, it is on Amazon for the general public to buy, not just practitioners. Saying that, you can always Google or You Tube and find what you want to know, for free. In the past I was in a car accident and the only thing that broke up the swelling in my upper back and neck was magnetic field therapy. So I am a total believer that magnets can help. I now have lymphedema, and no benefit to cover lymphatic drainage massage, which would have to be three times a week for the rest of my life due to severity and unknown cause. So I figured I would give this a try. I will see what happens and come back with an update.
