When you first taste this Astragalus tincture, you initially get the sweet from the glycerin, but it’s unfortunately followed by a green almost chemical aftertaste. BioKrauter does better than most at masking the flavor as Astragalus typically tastes and smells bad. I add mine to cranberry –cherry juice which is good at masking the aftertaste. It comes in a sturdy amber glass bottle with a dropper that actually works. As with most Bio Krauter tinctures I’ve tried, it’s all natural, sugar free, alcohol free, 3rd party tested and is non GMO. It’s reasonably priced for a bottle that has 84 servings in it. Definitely recommend.

This Astragalus Tincture has slightly nutty, roasted flavor. it is clear yellow, and has the standard veggie glycerin sweetness. It absorbs way fasted and better than tablets or capsules. The ingredients are quality and few, which is always a good thing. The bottle is large and says it should last about 2 months.I will continue to take it throughout the spring season to see if it helps with allergies and general stuffiness I always get.

Overall: Recommended! Nice quality ingredients with antioxidant properties and anti-inflammation as well. Excellent value and price. Worked for us! Impressed by the presentation and the attention to detail. Nice that it has Good Manufacturing Practice certification. Liquid extract is well absorbed very easily which is great. Astragalus had a lot of great immune boosting capacity for us. Cheers!

3 stars (to begin with): this bottle contains approximately two months' worth of astragalus tincture if you're dosing yourself once a day, one dropper full, or "one squeeze" per the product description. This is an alcohol and sugar-free formula and derives its sweetness from glycerin. I just began taking this today and will report back when the bottle is finished.First impressions: the tincture is very sweet, followed by a metallic flavor I tasted in the back of my throat after swallowing. I'd recommend mixing this in another flavored liquid to avoid the unpleasant aftertaste. I drink water kefir and the sweetness of the tincture marries nicely with the flavor of the kefir while eliminating the aftertaste.

This liquid makes taking supplements easy. The taste is sweet and inoffensive. The product seems fresh.

Par for the course for Astragalus, I've heard from everybody that takes it that it tastes terrible... and this one is no exception. Hoping the benefits are in inverse proportion to the taste, haha.
