Instructions are lacking. Took me over 5 hours to figure out which parts were up or down and assemble.

busted arm
the instructions are not conducive to understanding how to place connections just arrows and no placement instructions. furthermore the arms are flouncy and broke without the first few times of trying to retract. the worst installation experience yet and i’m a contractor. this is highly defective and i lost close to $200 in a highly inflated economy. amazon should not let you list this and my beef is with amazon as much as this shady awning co.

Que sea duradera
Después de instalada al tratar de achicarla un poco para que no cubriera tanto se doblaron los tubos la tuvimos que reemplazar por otra igual pues mi esposo no quiso instalar otra. Queda bonita y rel precio es económico.
