Had few issues and that's expected and is normal because any brand you will buy of market it will have some issues at some point but ctronics looks like picking up really well in past couple of years in terms of reliability customer service communication and quality products/software. I would say that people should not be fouling by the other bad reviews. If you honestly have an genuine issue and you address it with them they will exced your expectations ... this is what I have experienced and Candy from Ctronics has been great going well above and beyond my expectations. . Keep up ctronics/Candy and you will get more and more customers with this kind of service . We'll done I would say !

The camera it self is great,excellent clear zoom.you can switch off and on the blu/redalarm light any time.The customer service from Jinglang Europe is very helpful.If you have any question,they will be with you within a couple of hours.Great Camera great seller. Can't wait for my next ourchase from them

The zoom function is great for big field or open spaces where the normal CCTV camera will not be able to cover the wide area. There are tons of function from pre set pan pathway to customized voice message as alert when motion detected etc.The footage is nice and clear to view on the phone or tablet but once transferred or converted it is highly compressed and only around 15 fps. The optical zoom takes time to focus when using manual controls, super clear and will be able to read number plate from 30 meters etc. Auto focus is fast and accurate when it is using auto tracking and human detection etc.The major issue I have with this cctv camera is that you can adjust first stream video footage video resolution but you cannot change its bit rate or frame rate. The auto tracking will record only in 14s clips and loose 1-2 seconds in between clips.Some of the function is not available with the phone app graphic interface but you have to use location settings and enter number code and set e.g. to enable auto pan you will have to enter 53 in location and press set..... took me ages to figure out that with the written instruction.Overall a good CCTV camera with excellent optical zoom but not very user friendly which hopefully will be sorted with some software update.

Starting off with the main feature I like about this camera, which is the optical zoom, something that is critical for being able to get a good image of the subject from quite far away. With 30x zoom on this camera, it definitely ticks the box for its ability to see things close without no blurring.Image quality is good, easily on par with some of the more popular brands of home security cameras.The app is pretty straightforward to install and use, setup of the camera itself only takes a couple of minutes from the time you turn on the camera.The camera supports both 2.4ghz & 5ghz network so doesn’t require you to split the WiFi type on your router - it will connect to either. This is 2.4ghz for longer range or 5ghz for shorter range with better speeds.Night vision - B&W mode is good and has a nice long range view. Colour on the other hand requires the use of the cameras white floodlights in order to function properly. Outside of this light, it doesn’t work that well but provided the subject is close, it’s good enough.Another favourite feature is definitely the automatic tracking ability of the camera. It’s able to be turned on in the cameras settings. This allows the camera to sort of lock onto subjects and will automatically follow. Only useful for humans though, it doesn’t seem to work for pets.The pan & tilt of this allows for almost 360 degrees of rotation as well as a decent up/down angle adjustment.Quality and durability of the camera is also something to mention. With it being a metal camera, it’s able to withstand things being thrown at it. Quality of the entire product is good.All in all it’s a great camera which is quite easy to set up, provided you’re used to using apps on a smartphone. I would definitely recommend this for people that have something special they want to protect, whether that be the home, vehicle or something else.

With it's 30X zoom, human detection, auto tracking and infrared night vision, we have been able to record and identify a company emptying their cement truck on our property, spot vandals after dark and easily read license plates.It's also really easy to view live or past recordings on your phone, tablet or computer. You can also quickly view recent recordings by filtering to human detection only.

Camera works pretty good. Night zoom is great for seeing long distance.

This camera works really good. I was surprised to see it operating on the 5ghz wifi band.

Good camera but bad WiFi connection. It also doesn’t hold position by default.
