It sits extremely low. Otherwise I like the chair.

… because the threaded fasteners on the chair and ottoman both, will need to be retightened again and again and … well, you get the idea 😒 Other than that, it’s great when the cost is considered!

Arrived late & different boxes on different days. Very low to the floor . Shouldn't be an issue to short people. Swivel Assembly is plastic. I guess we will see how long they last. The faux leather & wood are decent. Assembly takes a while. Received "Amazon Protocol lies " throughout the process. Last minute false delivery claims start to finish. This Amazon trickle of delivery lies keeps you from ordering from another company.

This is really a great chair. Very well-made with quality materials. Artificial leather that was used, is highest quality, artificial leather that I ever saw. However, it’s not the easiest assembly. If you do not have some mechanical skills, assembly, might be a by me a problem. The things that makes it even harder, is that I have difficulties finding instruction manual. I open the chair box, and began assembly, without assembly manual. And I got in a trouble. When I open the second box, where was the footstool, this is where the material was sealed in in plastic bottle of the footstool cushion. But even the assembly manual was not particularly clear. So it is the gray chair and the footstool, however, it’s really difficult to assemble.
