Good ayurvedic solution for chronic constioation. The Only negative is tablets are smaller size. Had it been 500g Or 650gram, then it would have been greater effect on stomach problems.

Now days I am not going outside for office work, hence I have taken 2 tablets in the morning in empty stomach with water. Got the best result to clear system easily.
