The soft white wheat berries made a very good pie crust. The Taste was mild, sweet, slightly nutty. I really like it. It Blends up easily into flour.

These grains are very clean and look great. I milled the grains and made muffins. They are delicious. The picture is of apple walnut muffins. It only takes a couple of minutes to mill flour and using whole grains the nutrients remain in the flour. I have this on auto delivery. It’s that good.

The size available is great for me. I've been grinding wheat berries for many years. This product is excellent quality. I'm very glad it's available so easily!

I just milled my own flour for the first time! My husband likes it to be as fine as cake flour, especially when I make Spritz cookies. Interestingly, I’ve noticed I use slightly less flour than I do with store-bought. It’s exciting to see how fresh, homemade flour can change the baking experience!
