I’ve been waiting to leave a review to make sure this was still working well, and it is. I got this for my 15-year-old son six weeks ago and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for him. He rides the scooter almost every day, and we have not had a single problem with it. He loves how easy it is to ride, the app that comes with it, and the fact that he can lock it with the app to help prevent theft, The smoothness of the ride, the speed variations of the scooter, the links of the battery, and more.The brakes on the scooter work wonderfully, and I love that it has lights for when he rides it at night. He rides the scooter to and from school, to and from friends houses, to the grocery store, and even to take our energetic dogs on runs. I was at first nervous about taking the dogs on a run with it in case they went in front of him, but the brakes work so well that he has never had a problem, and the dogs learned really fast to run next to him.The battery life on the scooters is fantastic! He can go a couple of days without charging, although I try to have him charge it every day, sometimes he forgets and it’s not a problem.My teenager is 5’9” tall and wears men’s shoe size 11. He doesn’t have a problem fitting on the scooter. For me, I wish the scooter was a little bit longer for where to put your feet, but that’s because I don’t have as good of balance as he does. I wear size 10 women’s shoes and I cannot fit both of my feet facing forward on the scooter, they have to be a little diagonal to fit, which means you need to have balance if you have big feet. In my neighborhood at least 50% of people have electric scooters, and we paid way less for this one than they did for theirs, so with that in mind, the value of the scooter is excellent, even if the space to put your feet is a little smaller than I’d like.Overall, this is an excellent buy, and we will probably purchase at least one more for my 13-year-old son, and maybe another one for me, if I can get my balance good enough.I recommend this electric scooter to anyone looking for a good value for a durable electric scooter.

First, the packaging was very, very good with this scooter. It arrived safely with no damage. Unpacking and assembly was really very straightforward. In fact, I only looked at the instructions when I was done to get the link to the phone app. All of the tools that you need are provided and it only took a few minutes to get everything together and to get on the road.Overall, I am really impressed with this scooter. I got the 350W motor version with a top speed of 19 mph. I really wasn’t sure if that was going to be enough for me, and I wasn’t sure how well it would carry me around, as I am 220 lbs. Well, I should not have been concerned! The frame of the scooter is built really strong with very nice welding. It should be able to handle my weight with no issue! The motor is strong and has no problem zipping up to the top speed of 19 mph. It’s also very smooth, no jerkiness at all with the throttle response: just nice, even power coming from the motor. Frankly, I was pretty surprised what this feels like at 19 mph. The scooter is very stable at all speeds, but 19 mph feels very different when you are completely exposed on a scooter as opposed to driving in a car. To me, 19 mph feels really fast and is probably as fast as I would want to go on a scooter. I had also been looking at electric bikes that can go up to 40 mph, and now that just seems like it would be crazy scary to me. 19 mph is plenty fast if you are just zipping around city blocks, running errands, or to take a quick run to the store. This was the biggest surprise to me with this scooter. I thought I was going to feel like the top speed was lacking, but I am actually quite satisfied with the performance and glad that I bought this particular model.I would definitely recommend the Volpam 350W scooter to others. It’s a lot of fun, convenience, and value for such a low price. I am super happy with the quality and performance!

The app is Tuya in case anybody is wondering.My old phone broke & i had to redownload but got wrong info until I refound the manual.Does the job & is fun, definitely one of my best investmentsPpl will make fun of the bell outright rather than respect it, so invest in a horn that really scares the bejezuz out of them.Its nice that it can fold up for commuting on buses/trains bcz gov workers will give you a hard time if a scooter doesn't, and like i said its not a ninebot, you don't want to be crossing boroughs/states. You will feel every bump, you get what you pay for, but if the pavement cracks aren't severe it'll be fine. You'll learn tricks without meaning to. So that isn't a complaint. It is exceptional for the price.Battery will last most ppl a day or 2 between charges. But it charges fairly fast.My only real complaint is having to tighten the handle repeatedly at first & that the manual doesn't say how to change settings/turn on light without the app even tho they do mention it is possible to use without the app.
