JETech Screen Protector for Amazon Fire HD 10 Tablet 10.1" (7th / 9th Generation, 2017/2019 Release) and Fire HD 10 Kids Edition, Tempered Glass Film

Fantastic, I've had this on my tablet now for 3 years and it is still going strong. It looks brand new. I've had no peeling away at the sides, no air bubbles, no scratches. I'm thrilled. It was so easy to apply and this is coming from someone who is very clumsy. Definitely recommend!

This is my 8th protector I have used from JETech.With the FireHD10 and kids case pre installed, the fire doesn’t arrive with any plastic screen protector from the factory (which is usual to see on other phones and tablets).1. The Fire 10 and kids case does arrive in a plastic bag though which is big enough to be able to remove the FireHD from the kids protector case whilst still in the bag; I did this so I could reduce time the FireHD screen was out of the bag being exposed to dust.2. I prepared one sticky dust remover from the JETech pack.3. I took the screen protector out of the pack and holding it so the protective film was face down I remove the film (this prevents dust landing on the side of the protector your about to apply to the screen)4. I then carefully took the kindle fire HD out of the plastic bag it arrived on.5. I used one if the 2 sticky dust removers from the JETech box to pickup a few minor dust particles that had ended up on the screen in just the short time I had removed it from the bag6. I then carefully aligned the camera hole on the protector with the camera and placed the top edge of the protector against the screen.8. As I started to lay the glass protector down I rechecked the alignment of the protector to the screen, I had to a couple of time lift the protector and realign until I was happy with the fit against the edges of the FireHD screen.Once I was happy with the alignment with only about 1cm of screen to glass adhesion I just let the protector drop on the screen.9. It took about 30 seconds for the screen and protector to push most of the air out itself.I used the JETech tool to push out one bubble from centre to the edge and also coaxed each edge of the protector against the screen.I then refitted then kids case.Looks good with good touch response.

It was easy to install and it sticks properly to the screen. The senstivity of the screen is still is good.

This is without a doubt the most well packaged screen protector I have ever had -they really take this seriously! Also the instructions for applying it were exceptionally detailed. The protector itself is completely rigid and fits the Fire 10 tablet perfectly. I found it easy to apply and have no air bubbles or shadows at all. Essentially just make sure that your screen is completely clean first (using all the wipes and cloths provided in the pack) and line it up. Very straightforward. I've had no issues with screen sensitivity-the tablet is perfectly responsive through the protector and the colour and graphics are just as clear as if it wasn't actually there. I've had bad experiences before with screen protectors for phones finding them too difficult to apply without needing to push out air bubbles and then not being brilliantly tough, so far this is proving to be better than any other I have ever used.

This screen protector actually fits both the 2017 AND 2019 models of the Fire 10. I know this because I ordered this by accident and didn't realise it was for 2017 model (7th Gen). I actually have the 2019 model (8th Gen) If you follow the instructions, it fits perfectly and is probably the easiest screen protector I've ever had the pleasure in fitting 😁. No bubbles, easy to fit - what more can I say?!

This is the largest glass screen protector I have ever bought. I've had good experiences with JETech products before, so I chose this one.Before just 'sticking' the sheet of glass to the screen, I read the installation instructions. The method using the guide and hinge strips worked incredibly well, and allowed for me to get the screen protector lined up perfectly before removing the backing on the glass; this also gave me a chance to get rid of any dust that had floated in while moving the screen protector.The adhesion is uniform, there are no air bubbles or sharp edges, and it works well with a case. I would definitely recommend this over a plastic alternative, as plastic can be scratched by fingernails, other plastics and all metals.

I bought the fire hd and this protector together. So I was putting it on a brand new device. This only comes with one so you only get one attempt to get it right. I followed the steps to clean the screen etc despite it being a new device. But a huge part of one corner would not stit flush with the screen and refused to bond. I took it off to try and place it differently a small amount but then it was two corners. I tried again and then there were other complications of bubbles mid screen that just would not go away no matter what I did. Clearly the screen protector was bent slightly in that first corner that wouldnt bond because it was all lined up perfectly. Even the front camera was perfectly in the hole cut out for it. The top edge was straight and the edges down the lengths were all straight. Perfect alignment yet a hole twi inches of corner refused to bond down onto the screen.

When i opened up the incredibly impressive packaging which really protected the screen cover in transit I was then slightly bemused and surprised at the array of stickers and seemingly long list of instructions included.............. BUT....... I followed them anyway and I have to say they were absplutely spot on. Each step was logical and ultimately necessary and sensible. I skipped one and it was only when i pulled the screen back off and did it exactly as instructed I saw why each step was needed to give me a bubble free application, which I got :). I can't comment on how good the protection given is (because i haven't had any drops or bumps yet) but if the quality of the product matches the quality of the packaging and installation instructions (which I am confident it will) I am sure this will prove to be a great value quality product! If you need a great screen protector don't hesitate, buy JETech!!

Finally! JETech got it right way.Installation 5/5:- NO BUBBLES (of course I did it in dust free room, like washroom after shower)- Instructions are clear, no need to watch videos on how to- all assistive material provided (e.g wet /dry cloth, stickers)- good installation with hinges - the screen is big and aligning is challenging, so they provided stickers to be used as hinges, very clever.Quality:- Vision - crystal clear HD- have some glare- have some fingerprints, I didn't expect it any other way, but it's by far less than others.-Reliability - time will tell, too early to commentPrice: expensive - probably the only consAfter returning 2 other 4/5 stars brands (won't mention names) that were cheaper and offered 2/3 screens in the package for less cost, they had bubbles or simply didn't stick in the corners (believe me I know to do it right).So I was skeptical paying $18 and only for 1 screen with lifetime warranty, and if it wasn't for Amazon prime, I wouldn't risk it, but I'm glad I did. I still consider it was expensive, but I guess I can say in confidence, I got what I paid for.P.S. I paid a full price and didn't get any incentives/discounts to post this review.

-Install-Protector took less than 15 minutes to install. This would have been shorter if the cleaning cloth was of higher quality. The cloth kept shedding particles larger than the dust and didn't remove the streaking from the moist towelette as cleanly as it should have. I used the provided dust removal sticker to remove the dust and the streaks. Still only taking 1 star off the Ease of Install rating as the install was much easier than other I have done.-Touch Screen-The Touch Screen is extremely responsive, I barely have to touch it to navigate. This was really surprising to me as my experience has been that you have to press harder to get a response with most of the protectors I have used in the past on my other devices. This was an amazing surprise.-Bubbles-I came out bubble free within a minute and I didn't even need the squeegee, just followed the instructions to press from the center.-Works with Amazon's Standing Case-I have the Standing Case for my tablet and it closes just fine with the protector installed and it even remains closed upside down, being held in place by the magnets. This was another bonus, as I was not expecting it to work as well as it does.-Other-I will be taking this with me to Gen Con 2019 next week, which will be a good test to see how everything holds up in that environment. The tablet, case and protector are all new items, the tablet and case I bought during Prime Days and the protector shortly after as I wanted to wait a bit to see if a reviewer would reply to my question on his review. I ended up looking myself and while I normally don't buy the "Amazon's Choice" items, I gave this one a chance and was pleasantly surprised.I would totally recommend this protector to anyone that asked.

Bisher hatte ich immer Bammel davor, Schutzfolien aufzubringen - vor allem in einem Haushalt mit Hund und Katz, was das Vorhaben meist verkompliziert.In diesem Paket ist neben der sehr wertigen, robusten Schutzglasfolie aber so alles dabei was man braucht, um nicht zu verzweifeln: feuchtes Reinigungstuch, Staubtuch, Klebchen zum positionieren, Rakel und eine kurze aber unmissverständliche Anleitung.Innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach dem Öffnen des Amazonpäckchens war die Folie auch schon drauf, perfekt gerade und ohne Staubeinschlüsse. Letztere gab es zwar kurz vorher, aber die waren so einfach und ohne viel Gefriemel zu entfernen, dass ich schon fast so weit gehen würde zu sagen, dass es richtig Spaß gemacht hat :DGanz klare Kaufempfehlung!
