I’m very happy with this phone. It arrived in excellent condition. It looks brand new with no noticeable scratches or signs of wear. Everything works perfectly, the battery lasts well, and the performance is fast and smooth. The camera is fantastic, and the phone has been reliable since day one. If you’re considering a renewed Pixel 8 Pro, I would definitely recommend this one.

The product was packaged amazingly, the phone in great condition and was completely unlocked! Works well and was fully functional. The addition of a charger and the sim card key was also very kind of them. I had a mishap with shipping and put in a report but it was just someone leaving it under some laundry it got here earlier than it was supposed to. Overall great purchase and i apologize for the support ticket.

I purchased this refurbished Pixel 8 Pro in April 2026. For approximately two months, the device worked normally. In late July 2026, both WiFi and Bluetooth radios failed simultaneously and permanently. WiFi and Bluetooth became completely unresponsive. Both features dead at the same time (indicates shared radio hardware failure) Multiple factory resets performed & issue persisted after each wipe. Phone remained cool during failure (not heat-related). System logs confirmed Bluetooth HAL crash and driver failure. Attempts to Resolve: Network settings reset, Full factory reset and yet none of these restored functionality. This appears to be a hardware defect in the radio controller, not a software issue. To Other Buyers: If you're considering a refurbished Pixel 8 Pro, be aware that some units may have latent hardware defects. Test WiFi and Bluetooth thoroughly immediately upon receipt, especially if your return window is closing soon. I regret purchasing refurbished when new carries better warranty coverage.

Just set it up on Mint mobile eSim. Works great so far. Fairly easy setup. Nice screen and good price on the refurbished model. Daughter will like it.

Perfect. No other way to describe it. I searched the phone thoroughly, looking for signs of wear. Screen: after two days I finally found a micro scratch in the lower right corner of the screen. The only way I found it was when affixing a screen protector, cleaning the screen I noticed it at a certain angle when the phone was off. Affixed the screen and the micro scratch is completely invisible regardless if the phone is on or off. To me that's as good as flawless. There were no scratches or dents on the rear facing camera, which surprised me given how far this protrudes on the Pixel 8 Pro Body: No dents, scratches, cracks, or damage of any kind. No objects obstructing or damage to any of the ports including microphone, USB-C, speakers. Buttons worked flawlessly Internal components: Screen free of any dead pixels, spots, etc. If there's any kind of screen bleed I haven't noticed it. I ran a battery gauge app for five days. Separately I used Android's system apps to measure the battery life. Everything stated the battery was in great condition. This was just as important to me as the screen; I plan to use this phone for the next three years at least so having a healthy battery was critical. On my phone and my tablets I always turn on Charge Optimization - battery charge limit set to 80% to prolong the life of the battery as much as possible. I'm not on my phone all day, my total screen time for any given day never exceeds 4 hours (usually less) but I have yet to use more than 40% of the battery per day. Phone arrived partially set up, the welcome screen for Android setup had been bypassed by someone and the phone was on the home screen. Of course I had no idea who partially set it up so for safety's sake I did a full factory reset. Always factory reset your devices when you get them if they haven't been reset already. Overall I'm extremely impressed. I loved my Pixel 5a and managed to get three years of use before a manufacturer's defect finally killed it. I also shudder at paying $1000 or more for a phone, obviously okay with buying last year's model after all of the updates/glitches have been worked out and the next shiny new thing has been released to drive down the price of the older model. Getting a one year old Pixel flagship phone for a fraction of the cost when new, this is absolutely worth it. Disclaimer: there were a number of things I didn't test nor will I do so. I don't play games on my phone, can't test the battery drain or the excess heat generated. This review covers how I use my phones. As long as I can use it to text, access the web, run my various apps, watch some media, video conference, and even upon rare occasion make phone calls (weird I know) I'm content. Update: The phone works fine installing a physical SIM card from any carrier. However the eSIM was locked by T-Mobile. I wouldn't expect the seller to know this and truthfully it took me a year to discover this as the Pixel 8 Pro does support dual SIMs. In such a situation calling the carrier is the only way to resolve the issue

So, let's start with the good. Perfect condition! Not a scratch in sight, no software issues, battery is amazing, all things you'd expect from a brand new pixel 8 pro. Now, for the BIG BUT. This phone is marked as unlocked. That is unfortunately just not true. My phone arrived locked to at&t, which was already very unfortunate since I wanted to go on a Verizon plan, but was made worse when I found out how absolutely awful all of at&t's plans are. Having said that, thanks to pure luck, my mom has cricket, and I was able to arrange getting on her plan. So tldr; fantastic phone, excellent refurbish job, terrible misleading title due to the phone being locked. Only buy this item if you don't mind being locked to a specific carrier.

I've had this purchase about 9 months now. It has a lot of features. I don't feel that far behind. this pro one is a rather larger than my last one, which wasn't a pro, but it has more features and it's held up pretty good. It took a minute to get used to it, but I like it and the price was right compared to the nearest pixel. My last one was a 6, so this was an upgrade!

J’ai testé le téléphone en profondeur, même en faisant un fichier bug/diagnostic, et tout fonctionne très bien. L’usure est normale pour un appareil reconditionné, rien de dérangeant. La batterie semble encore très bonne et tient bien la charge. Très satisfait de mon achat, je recommande. Seule bobo petit pico dent encrant du bas mes avec protecteur encrant ça parait pu .👑

El teléfono llegó en buenas condiciones, funciona perfectamente,la estética es 9/10 tiene algunos rasguños en la parte trasera de la cámara pero son muy pequeños, casi imperceptibles a la vista. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

Está en excelentes condiciones físicas, solo el inconveniente que está completamente bloqueado por Verizon para otras compañías, tuve que ver varios videos para poder usarlo con comodidad
