I am going to look for ingredients bit does anyone know if this is nontoxic?

The ingredient is simply citrus oil. The product can cause eye irritation if you get it in your eye (like most everything) and it can adversely affect people with sensitive skin. Spray it away from your body and then do not walk through the mist. The smell is great and It is the only thing I have ever found that will counter my cat's "stink-bombs."

I cant tell if its manufactured in the US? if not, where?

turn the can around & about an inch from the bottom of the can there are words "MADE IN THE U.S.A."
