I’m very satisfied with the Jack and Rose steamer. It performs excellently—heats up quickly, removes wrinkles easily, and is very convenient to use. A great purchase and definitely worth it!

I’m really glad this travel steamer has dual voltage - it’s been so handy on trips to the US, especially when hotel rooms don’t always have irons available. It heats up quickly, has multiple settings, and does an excellent job at removing creases. It’s perfect for both travel and at home when you have a few items of clothing to get through and don’t fancy bringing the iron out. I haven’t really felt it to be heavy like some of the reviews have said. It’s compact and comes with a nice bag. It’s powerful enough to handle wrinkles - I’ve tried it on linen, cotton shirts, silk dresses and works a treat. I had a minor issue initially, but it was promptly resolved by Jaina in customer service, who was fantastic to deal with. Overall, this is a well designed and reliable steamer that I highly recommend.

To start with, the item is well packaged and easy to use. It's light, has a long enough lead to plug into the wall and doesn't seem to leak any water. So far I've ironed a work shirt (cotton) and a pair of chino trousers. In the past I've found the chino trousers difficult to iron every crease out, but with this steam iron on the low setting it made the work very easy and resulted in my chino trousers and shirt to be well ironed and with reasonable speed. There seems to be a decent amount of steam output on both the low and high setting. Though I haven't used the dry iron setting yet. The only inconvenience I can identify at this stage is the small water capacity. On the low steam setting I had to refill from full after 1 pair of trousers and half a shirt. Though, this is only an inconvenience. All together, I'm very happy with the purchase.

This little steamer is extremely effective. It is easy to use and works very well indeed. We are delighted with it and are happy to highly recommend it. We found it useful to use a small heatproof mat to stand it on while we are using it. It does come with a tiny pad but we found it more convenient to use a slightly larger one.

We had been looking everywhere for a travel steamer that we could take on holiday to the US and would adapt to varying voltages. We’re so glad we found this steamer, it’s amazing!! If in doubt, go for it, super easy to use, really quick to heat up, the twist head is so helpful, long cable and makes light work of clothes to get rid of all the creases. Husband uses it for overnight stays with work where he wants to smarten up his shirt or trousers. I also use it at home in the mornings for a quick steam or t shirts or the kids uniform. We did develop an issue later with the water tank developing a crack, but when I contacted the company directly on email, they were extremely quick to respond and once I’d given my order details they traced my original order and offered to quickly dispatch a new one to me, it arrived a day later. Jaina was very friendly and helpful via email and it’s nice to see a company with great customer service standing by their warranty on a product.

I have taken it all over the world with me as I travel a lot. Reliable and better than hotel irons. It’s in my luggage as a standard item even on short trips.

Got this as a present as I hate ironing but most of all, on holiday. I haven’t tried it yet on creased holiday clothes but just ironed bedding as a tester. This is one powerful little machine. Now realised, when I have picky guests stay, I don’t need to iron the bedding before hand. This little gem, steamed its way across the bed and no more creases and looks perfectly ironed. It did take three fill ups of water to cover a queen sized bed but I would rather keep filling up with a powerful machine than substandard. I wish I got this last year as it would have solved a few issues. There is a slight weight to it but nothing substantial. It comes with a nice carry pouch but no iron glove. Not major issue as you can buy one for £5. Thoroughly recommend this.

This is very good and I'm pleased I purchased this item ..my only reservation is that it is described that it could iron two plus shirts however after ironing one shirt I had to refill with water, the water container is too small and considering the cost of this steamer the water container should last longer
