the sockets were very good, the screws were very good, the metal brackets were good a little on the lite side but good. the stamping from the factory didn't quite score on the one side and made it difficult to separate the brackets. if you had a job with 10 or more it would be a pain because of that. that being said I would order them again if needed.

Used this kit to convert a few 8ft t12 fixtures into 2-side direct wire led with 4 4ft bulbs. Removed the giant bulky ballast from the fixtures prior to taking them down. Used the new 4ft bulbs as a template to fit the kit onto the existing fixture and secured the end pieces first -- very easy when doing it this way. Made the center tombstones hot and the outside neutral. Having converted the fixture it is a good idea to label it as modified for the next person that comes along. Kit may have stickers for this but didn't notice them being included.

Good tombstones and will work but not user-friendly and no instructions. I didn't use the plate. I made my own for a better fit and more solid mount.
