Though I've only had it for a short time, it has helped relieve the pain!. If it were made with two straps attached to the roll, it might make it easier to stay in place when sitting down, but it is super easy to adjust

The McKenzie Lumber Roll has improved my sitting posture for two months. Unfortunately, the product's zipper and fabric did not last long enough. The connection between lanyard and fabric tore off from daily movement on the chair. Another dilemma is the zipper detached from the zipline and has become difficult to reattach.Great product for daily usage. But be advised to be mindful or be sensitive using it for at least two months.
