Pros and Cons of This Case (FITS OAKLEY MAINLINK SUNGLASSES)
So far I am a fan of this semi-rigid sunglasses/eyeglasses case sold by Hazard 4. Hazard 4 Mil-Pod Sunglasses Multi-Mount Case, Black Pros - Overall the case is very well made. The case itself is sturdy and semi-rigid, it would definitely withstand me sitting on it, dropping it or accidentally setting something heavy (<250 pounds) on it. The only time I could see this case failing is if something over 250 pounds was dropped or set on it or a car, or something of the likes ran it over. The stitching is well done and sturdy, as well as the belt attachment is securely fastened to the case. The button that holds down the belt attachment is sturdy and gives a crisp click when engaged. The case fits my OAKLEY MAINLINK SUNGLASSES perfectly with some more room to spare but is small enough to where the case isn't ridiculously big, its just the right size.Cons - The case is made in China but seems to be constructed well, wish it was American made though. Also, the carbine on the back is non-detachable. If you want that off you are going to have to cut it off, not a big deal for me as its kind of useful, but If you don't want it you will need to break it off. Aside from that, no further complaints. Will update if any others arise.

Perfect for Mens sunglasses
Ordered a second one of these to hold my backup sunglasses. Have had the first one for several years and amazed at how well it has held up. The older one is full of scratches and scrapes from the abuse it has taken but has held up well. It can be dropped, stepped on, and crushed but continues to protect the glasses. The clip is very sturdy allowing it to be attached to a belt loop, backpack or suitcase. If there was a downside it is the clip is so good that it is sometimes hard to remove because of the extra little clip on the plastic.Tried several other similar cases but they failed in different manners to meet my needs. Bought this one in a different color to be able to tell my primary and secondary apart from a distance.

Really nice eyeglass case
This is large enough for 2 pair of eyeglasses, and the most rugged of any I've tried. This is my second purchase. I'm still using the first one, which is at least 4 yrs old, but the zipper doesn't work any more (I just move the zipper half way up so the glasses can't fall out (it isn't actually zipped, the clasp is just in the center of the zipper range and the zipper flaps are open on each side of the clasp)). In all fairness, I don't take very good care of the cases, using them outdoors working in the garden, etc., so the zipper gets full of dirt/mud/debris.The case is very durable and very crush resistant--I've never damaged any glasses even though I can be quite rough when working. Really pleased with these.

Plastic clip is defective.
Metal latch on clip broke within a day. Case isn't bad but a brand new item breaking the first time used sucks. Piece went flying off.

Decent but not quite as good a quality as I was expecting.
I give this three stars because I think it is fairly well-built but not quite as well-built as the description gives but still decent enough but only time will tell how well it holds up.I find the same type of case made by Oakley better made at least the ones I have purchased in the past the only difference really is Oakley uses a higher quality zipper made by YKK in this uses a generic cheap feeling Chinese made zipper but this does have a clip and strap attached to it where Oakley does not although I don't know if I personally will use this but I can see it being useful by connecting it to a backpack while going camping or clipping it to a belt loop on your jeans.I hope this helps. From Kenai Alaska all the best.Don B.

but there's enough play to keep things happy. I don't bother with the belt/molle strap
My sunglasses live in one of these, unless I'm wearing them, in which case my prescription glasses hop in for the ride. the frames are the stereotypical 'nerd' style thick plastic frames, but I can stuff both pairs in this case if needs warrant.I tend to be hard on equipment, so it was not surprising that the plastic clip broke from the swivel about a year and three months after getting it. I ended up taking a cutter to the stub of the clip, threading a split-ring through the webbing, and slapping a Petzl Djinn on that. it doesn't swivel anymore, but there's enough play to keep things happy. I don't bother with the belt/molle strap, but it's nice to know that it's there. I normally clip the 'biner on my belt, or to whatever bag I'm lugging around. the case itself has held up very nicely.

Button is weak.. Zipper is horrible.. Regrettable buy.
It's a decent case, but for the price, I expect the fastener button to hold. The slightest pull undoes it. The addition of a strap perpendicular to the main strap would allow for true molle weaving and a stronger hold but as it is, I could see myself losing this case on a hike if it wasn't attached by the clip(which seems sort of weak too) And I don't want a loose case moving freely as I walk. The other thing is the zipper. It takes significant effort to open and the force usually undoes the button. I will probably make some alterations of my own to make it work, but for the price, I shouldn't have to..

Exceeded Expectations
I'm pleased to review this product. It has very high-quality material, zipper, clip etc. and i really like the color. The case is rigid, not hard but should protect my glasses unless i actually step on it, I suppose but i'm not going to do that. I didn't think i was going to like the 'wire part' of the clip and thought I would need to upgrade it - However the clip is also very high-quality. I typically clip it onto my right-front pocket of my jeans and it's easy to get on and off. If I was going to offer suggestions to improve this glasses case, I would say . . "Don't change a thing!". I would recommend to a friend. Thank you.

I like the hook
It is large, very large, but that guarantees that your sunglasses will fit, no matter which size they are. I like the hook, as I mostly have a bag with me where I can hook this onto, and I have used the loop once or twice and have no issues with it.The hardness of the case gives me comfort that my sunglasses will come out the other end of more or less whatever I am doing. I like it!

Useful to have - unreliable carabiner
The case is very large and I suppose that is expected for "one size fit all"I was initially impressed with the carabiner until I used it and the metal clip came off twice. I replaced the carabiner with an aluminium one and my advice is not to rely on it if you do not want to loose the caseMy measurement for the case iis 18cm long with circumference of 24cm

Hazard 4 does it again..
Super glasses case, very robust, this is being used to keep my prescription sunglasses safe, due to them being prescription sunglasses they are not cheap, hence I want to keep them well protected, this case from hazard 4 does the job perfectly, the little clip on the back is ideal also for quick access attaching to my pack or trousers, another great product from hazard 4!!

Really very good, I'd just say it's a little large (my Ray-Bans - traditional shape) for normal glasses - you could put two pairs in it.Build quality good!
