Great For My Needs, Money We'll Spent!
I bought this as a secondary mower for my business. I run a land care company and usually use gas. I found thst this was an affordable option and a bit of a lighter mower option for some of the properties I mow. It's easy to use, cuts well, and has a few different blade options. I upgraded the blade and thst was easy to do. I mowed for the first time two customers lawns with a mowing time of 20 minutes at one location and 45 minutes at the second location. No issues with power loss and did both locations with one battery and 25% battery life left. The self propelled option is nice along with the throttle control. It's easy to fold up and store and move as well. Not only do I like the mower but my customers do too.

💯WORTH IT!!
I love everything about this mower! The charger is freaking amazing. Take break or your lunch the battery charges in 30-35 mins! You really do get a full 60 mins of mowing time. I love love the self propelled setting! You can go at your own pace! Easy to install the bagger the mulch pieces. Light weight easy to use. Easy to adjust the height of the mower Nice cutting Super quite!!!! No more gas!! Also love the compact size for small sheds for off season storage. I can’t rave about this mower enough! Also it was cheeper on Amazon the Lowe’s by $250 bucks

LM2102 SP, 56 volt, 7.5 Ah
I came close to buying this several times but was always stopped by poor battery reviews. I took a chance anyway, as Amazon lumps all the battery sizes and Ah's together when being reviewed. I'm glad I saw through the clutter, as I ran it today for the first time (just received it yesterday (in pristine condition). I charged the battery out of the box as instructed. I set it on the second highest cutting length as snow is right around the corner. I had cut grass last week (and mulched) with my garden tractor, so there was not much grass to cut off, in all honesty. However, I ran the self-propel setting the entire time and mulched the entire time (it came out of the box already set for mulch). I have 18 trees in the yard so there was no shortage of leaves to contend with. I adjusted the walk-behind speed to my liking, and it's a great feature that is easy to keep up with. I mowed for 40 minutes and cut an area 60 x 160. The light was still showing green when I finished! I cut the power, hit the green start button again and gripped the self propel switch. It took me up a 30 degree path to the storage shed without the blade running and it climbed like a Blue Angel! I took the battery inside and put it in the quick recharge to see how much power I had left. Unbelievably I still had 2 1/2 green lights blinking out of 5!! I was shocked (again, admitting the grass was easy to cut). By the way, it did a excellent job at mulching, even at the high setting. There would have been no leaves escaping had I set the height a bit lower. I cleaned it with a quick pass of the leaf blower and will wait impatiently until spring for a chance to show off this baby full-time. I'm thinking I might even pay the neighbors for the opportunity to run this in their yard. :)

Great mower, concerns about warranty
This is a great mower. It is a replacement for my B and D battery mower. I had to replace it because the batteries no longer charge and B and D no longer makes the battery. First, its arrival - Unless you are going to use the grass catcher bag or the side chute, there is zero assembly. You literally take it out of the box and it is fully assembled. The battery arrived separately. Oddly the mower was shopped from HomeDepot even though I did not order it from there. Second, the mowing - it is great. It cuts wonderfully, is easy to control, the self-propel feature works great on hills. The mower was not challenged by higher grass, though the motor did go into a higher rev. It finished the yard on one battery charge - it used to take two with my B and D mower. Third, the battery - not as heavy as the one for my old mower, it charges in one hour, and yes you can hear the fan on the charger as it is charging. Fourth, storage - it folds up in two clicks and can be stored standing vertically, so it takes no space. Fifth, here is the bad and why this is not a five-star review. I can not register the product. I tried multiple times on the Website, even had downloaded the receipt from Amazon to add it. It would not take the serial number. I tried calling EGO but I could not understand the person who answered the phone. Also, the manufacture date on the battery appears to be Dec 2014 and that worries me. I ordered a second battery (kind of expensive) as an insurance policy. I love the mower, but am afraid that EGO will not honor the warranty because I can not register the battery and mower.

Something is bad / updated
All right y'all, At first, I was super happy with this garden tool! ... but it did not last, unfortunately 😕 The battery (or the charger) has serious issues. It will blink red after 10 min. of use (empty signal). At first, I put it back on the charger ... that would show 4 green lights (fully charged). Putting it back in the mower. Same thing happened after like 2 min. If I lift the battery and push it back in, it shows it's full. But then I have to do it every 2 min. I also have an Ego blower. I have the same issue when I put the battery in. The charger behaves strangely as well. Sometimes it simply stops working and blinks red. I don't know y'all. Perhaps it is just bad luck! I am going to reach out to Ego, but this should not happen after a few uses of an expensive machine. I called customer service. Long story short, they sent me a new battery. Everything works perfectly fine, now.
