I much prefer these to regular lifting straps, finding them very easy to use while aiding my grip for larger weight reps! They are much faster to use with weights than regular straps. They are hard wearing and good quality showing no signs of damage so far.

I've used straps for years and messed around with them wondering which way is best whilst lamenting at the fact you can never quite get them to grip just right. They always slip a little and it never feels the same on both hands. These babies though! Absolute game changers. I was skeptical at first as there just doesn't look like there's enough material to grip. This is because the strapping doesn't wrap all the way around the bar. However it doesn't matter because the little pad works wonders and they just work. Trust me, I've been working out for 38 years of my life and I've had straps, chalk, old fashioned cycling gloves (that's how old I am) but these are an absolute must have for back and bicep days. The wrist strapping has an extra bonus of giving quite a lot of wrist support too so it's a two for the price of one kind of thing.For the price they're a no brainer.No negative comments save for the black dye coming out a little bit when they're very new but I genuinely think they're brilliant.

Don't think these are worth the order I find them more irritating

I was a little skeptical of these, but they have very quickly become my favourite straps ever. I've been deadlifting for years and always used the wrap around wrist straps but these are just so much better. Which doesn't make sense to me as you still have to hold them. There must be some kind of magic involed. They make my grip better without getting in the way, they support my wrists better than any other straps I use and, they're comfortable and pretty. No notes.

Toll, sowohl sehr gut als Zughilfen zu gebrauchen (viel einfacher als die Langen) und auch als Griffhilfen. Ersetzen auf jeden Fall die Zughilfen die ich vorher hatte und wahrscheinlich auch meine Handschuhe. Kleines Minus, sind zwar nach einem Jahr (und ca. 200 mal benutzt) noch immer OK, die Nähte fangen aber an sich aufzulösen.
