I love it, it's beautiful and such a bargain, wish I'd bought two! It's very firm but there's only me and don't have many guests so I'm good with it. Fairly easy to put together once agreed which end definitely goes where, my Welsh father helped put it together, my mum gave input. The colour is lovely, exactly as on picture, the size is great, it's a three seater but more for three slimmer bums or two more curvy. I will add pics once I get a few added extras. If you decide on this, very good choice 😊

Looks classy and expensive, easy to put together and back cushions are so soft, at first I thought the seating area was going to be to hard but actually isn't and very comfortable. Comes in a box all flat packed, yes quite heavy but at least you know it is going to fit through doors

However, the replacement process was manageable. The second sofa has a similar minor flaw, but it's something we can comfortably live with. Improved packaging could improve this.Aesthetically, the sofa looks fantastic and has been a comfortable addition to our home. Its style and comfort have earned us numerous compliments from guests. Despite the minor issues, I'm overall very satisfied with this purchase. It's a great option for anyone looking for an affordable, stylish, and comfortable sofa.

This sofa is absolutely beautiful it’s so comfy & the colour is so alike to the photos, very very easy to install & clean when spillages happen, my only flaw would be the cushions are a little short to sit on so if you’re a larger person you might find it’s not the comfiest!

Arrived quickly and easy to put together. Legs seem sturdy and it looks really good. Perfect size for my needs. Seat was deeper than expected but this is a good feature as its a comfortable base and arms are a good height. Only gripe are the back cushions and back support as not really high enough. Vacuum packed so full of creases but they may naturally go with wear but there is minimal cushioning/padding and feels rather thin when seated. Having said that overall this is great value for money.

A regretful purchase. Apart from the fact the sofa is so uncomfortable it feels like you are sitting/lying on a plank of wood, one of the arms came apart within a week of using it. I almost had an accident as rest my arm on it and I controlled myself from falling over! The sofa may be cheap but it is advisable to spend more money on a proper sofa and not this. Absolutely awful.

I love this couch! It’s money worth spent! The color is a bit different but it’s still a beautiful color! So easy to put together, it does help if you have assistance. It’s a comfortable couch but the seat is a bit stiff but it’s still comfy. The only thing is that the two cushions came out of its packaging wrinkled. I’m hoping in time it’ll straighten out, if not then I’ll have to turn them inside out and iron them. Overall, a wonderful find!

This couch is really easy to assemble and took less than an hour to get everything unpacked and set up. It doesn't take up a lot of room and looks really beautiful. The seat cushions are comfortable but could use a little extra padding as it gets a little stiff after sitting on the couch for a while - we added a blanket on the cushions and that helps a lot. The only real complaint I would have is that one of the arms pops up a lot like it's going to come off and needs to be pushed back into the base. If you're careful it shouldn't be a problem but I'm not sure how it will hold up long term. Overall really happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Very easy to assemble, quality is beyond what I expected and It's a very supportive and comfortable piece.

I ordered the 70 inch couch and the 53 inch loveseat I am IN LOVE the color is perfectly emerald idk why people are saying the arm pops off? Make sure your assembling it correctly they are nice and firm good back support and the perfect height I couldn’t be happier! They match my vibe perfectly oh and they are so buttery soft

This sofa is very beautiful and gets tons of compliments, and it's a great buy for the price. It was very easy to assemble and I did it by myself in a short time.However, the arms of the sofa routinely come out of their slots. It happens every couple of months. It can be hard to see that it has happened - you feel it when you try to put weight on the sofa arm. The sofa back may be unstable as well when this happens. It's hard to put the arm back in - even with two people. You can't see what you are doing.The manufacturers should add a bolt or other means of securing the arm fully once it is assembled.
