Buy if pedal is half way down
My grandmas Corsa had an issue with the clutch pedal. Occasionally the pedal would stay half way down and then she couldn’t get it into gear. I replaced the clutch, slave and master cylinder for £300 and all seemed fine but then a few days later it did the same thing. I had a quick google on some forums and found this spring.To fit the spring it took me 20 seconds and that included unlocking the car and kneeling down. Fantastic design. I really appreciate the design someone came up with for this. It saved me 5 hours of taking the pedal box out to replace a tiny rubbish spring. Also £700 for the new pedal box itself.So if you have the issue of clutch pedal sticking half way down and struggling to get into gear buy this. As the only temporary fix I knew was pulling the clutch pedal back up with your foot. So this is doing that for you and such a cheap price.

Fitted this, but it didn't resolve the problem of the clutch pedal not returning.

Done the job and in 2 mins.
Clutch pedal was showing signs of weakness 2019 Corsa E (ie not returning to position fully after taking foot off). Apparently due to a broken plastic component in the pedal block, requiring the entire pedal block to be replace for scary monies!!. No real instructions on it's fitment but actually really easy apart from getting the angle to get head in the footwell.

Doesn’t work
The fitment is perfect, but doesn’t work. Makes no difference to the clutch feel at all.

My oem spring break few days ago.. straight away lost bite point on my clutch pedal..was trying to get some oem spring for replacement., but to get it replaced need remove full pedal box what will take few hours.. then found this clutch spring.. works perfectly fine. clutch bite point is back to normal . happy days.took me just 2 minutes to install it. happy with purchase. fully recommended. 👍👍🙏
