I'm on a low fat diet and these are perfect for it. They have a good chocolate flavor. Being fat free they are very crunchy and dry but great for dunking into coffee and hot chocolate. Highly recommend.

I told myself I’d have one. That was a lie! Smooth. Rich. The kind of chocolate that makes you pause mid-bite and go “mmhmm.” Lost a star because the jar empties like it has its own agenda and it is pricey for such "lie".

The flavor is unremarkable. The pieces are rectangles, individually wrapped in stiff plastic, and harder than granite. By unwrapping them and putting them in a plastic bag, then pounding them with the flat side of a meat mallet, I was able to create pieces small enough to suck on for a bit before trying to chew them. After about four pieces I gave up and tossed the whole thing. I’m keeping the big plastic bottle to use in the laundry room.

A great addition to my choices on my very low fat diet. Staying under 10 gr of fat a day so a zero fat treat is wonderful! Has a great crunch with a hint of chocolate. Yes you can find other biscotti cookies with a better taste but add 4 to 6 grams of fat to your day. I can't.

While I appreciate that each biscotti is individually wrapped and fat-free, they are thin, as hard as granite and don’t have much flavor at all. I’ve had biscotti from an Italian bakery and these can’t hold a candle. These actually taste a bit stale to me. And why no expiration date? These are quite expensive for the quantity that you receive (about $1 per biscotti) and are, honestly, not worth the price. I’m going to purchase a different flavor and see if my opinion changes.
