This book was My favorite so far out of the three. It was absolutely adorable! I loved every second of it, and will be reading it again this upcoming Christmas!!! I loved how stubborn Kira was in the beginning and I love how Bennett didn't give up. It's the cutest love story ever, and I am loving this series. I am very much looking forward to the 4th book coming out in March 2025!!!

Any book with four sweet dogs is a go for me! I enjoy the healing worked into this book! Kira learning self sufficient doesn't mean doing it all and Bennett seeing his worth in being wanted, not just needed. Great little love story! I love this series of "Dreamers". Stand alone but I recommend starting with Pumpkin Spice Cafe and getting to know all the fun and quirky peeps! 💞

I enjoyed this seasonal story and the entire Series thus far. I do have slight issue of the characters having sexual relations within a few weeks of meeting with no commitment -- I don't get that kind of life style --- but as long as they end up together I let it go. But it would be nice to have a couple develop a close relationship before making love once in a while.

I loved that Kira was a bit Scrooge like until Bennet came along. He saw traits in her that she was unable to see in herself….and he discovered things about himself that he didn’t earlier recognize. Loved the surprise in the epilogue!! I hope we see more of Dream Harbor.

What a fun, cute holiday book. This is a new to me author but I sincerely will be looking for past works by Laurie Gilmore.

well i should've read this one in December !It felt like a Hallmark movie reading this one and Grumpy FMC is adorable 😅Loved visiting other charactera as wellBut Ugh i have to wait till March for the next one 😭

I had high hopes of this book from the reviews. However, I am 4 chapters in and I can't get past what an awful woman Kira is. Her character is incredibly rude and downright mean. Realistically, what man would put up with her behavior and attitude? It ruins the Christmas setting of the book. I stopped. Will find something else to read.

This was beautiful. I loved it so much! Once our Ice Queen Kira North thawed out. Well I lie. I loved it even when she was all Ice Queen! Her love interest is Bennett Ellis. His sister is current Dream Harbor resident Jeanie. We met her in Pumpkin Spice Café. Bennett is the sweetest man and he's so kind to everyone. I love his dogs Elizabeth, Pudgie and Odie (Garfield's Christmas is my favourite Christmas movie too Laurie). I loved all their names. Especially Odie's. The story between Kira and Ben was so beautifully written. They were both great characters. I also love the dogs. The other minor characters are great too. The book is written in third person from the perspectives of Kira and Ben. I love this town so much and it's such a pity that it's not a real place. Ah we can dare to dream. I really recommend this book and of course it's predecessors. I do suggest you read them in order. To avoid spoilers. I am so excited for The Strawberry Patch Pancake House and The Gingerbread Bakery (was a wee rumour).

Returning to Dream Harbour although we still have the old crew in this book it mainly focuses on Jeanie's Brother Bennett, his 3 dogs and The Lady who bought The Christmas Tree Farm Kira.At first Kira is annoyed when she finds Bennett trespassing on her land whilst walking his dogs.They don't get off to the best start. In fact they have a bit of a love/hate relationship in the beginning but passion rises and before you know it they are snowed in together at the farm.Bennett is only here for Christmas, so isn't looking for anything serious, neither is Kira however as things hot up in front of the fireplace that might be about to change.

This was so good I was sneaking reads at work. Staying up late. I just loved the characters. The story was just so wholesome.Laurie made kira perfectly a little bit gritty alone with sweetness. Like the layers of an onion that only Bennet could peal back.These books are such a good read, can’t wait for the next one.

I was hoping for a good story, but for me i didnt get it, i was disappointed, i have read the other two books, and found them exciting, and couldn't wait to read the next page, but this one has left me disappointed

Such a fantastic book! My favourite of Laurie Gilmore’s books so far! Such great characters with flaws which makes the story heartfelt! A definite Christmas feel good story to bring a tear to your eye of loveliness! Couldn’t put it down!! ❤️
