It did okay chopping my fresh garlic, but the top blade tended to get plugged up and the bottom blade doesn't seem to slice that well. In the name on expediency I may go back to dicing my garlic by hand. I haven't tried any other vegetables yet.

Have to make sure all skin of the cloves of garlic are removed or else it jams it all up and makes for a difficult cleaning process

It worked for a couple of weeks. However, due to it's poor quality, it jammed up & broke!It's was pretty cheap, so I have decided to forgo the hassle of trying to get a refund back after I ship it - along with all the time wasting, frustration & nonsense that goes along with it!

not so easy to use

Something does not engage correctly, I cannot get the spring to force down the green plunger to get the garlic as far as the cutting blade... I will continue to try, but I bought two, one for a gift and I will return them if they are defective..

It worked really well at cutting garlic. Only problem is it doesn't always fall out the bottom like it's supposed to and I cut my finger.

I absolutely love the concept of this idea. I used the garlic silicone cleaner and was able to remove the skin of the garlic, so it worked well. However, once I inserted three small garlic cloves into the product it never would do anything. I squeezed so much, I thought I was going to give myself carpal tunnel from all the squeezing and no production of chopped/minced garlic. As you can see in the photo, the garlic would not go any further than is shown, no matter how many time I squeezed the item. Again great concept, however, the workings of this particular item did not function at all. I am so disappointed. I love garlic and wanted this to work. I will be returning the item.
