Q: How do you activate service? do you need a credit card for activation?

A contract is sent with the device. This includes customer information and also emergency contact information. Once the contract is filled out and sent to us, the device is activated often within a few hours. Your device comes with free months of service. You did not need a credit card to activate the device. However, if you wish to continue service once the free months are used up, a credit card would need to be on file for service to continue.

Q: Do you need internet in the home where device will be used?

No, you do not need internet access for the device to work.

Q: Does it include fall detection? The description says no, the picture thst lists details says yes.

This unit does not have fall detection. We have another unit we are currently out of stock on that does have fall detection. We should be back in stock shortly on the one that has fall detection. The listing for it is: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073SHR55H?ref=myi_title_dp .

Q: After the 4 month service do I have to be under contract?

If you would like to continue the service after the 4th month, there is a monthly cost. If you no longer want service after the 4th month, you can have the device deactivated and turned off.
