This classic sewing box made from light wood holds all of your sewing materials or other small items. In addition to sewing threads, needles and buttons, you can also use it for jewellery, small gifts, postcards or even cosmetics. It is very spacious and has 5 separate compartments: 4 square compartments at the sides and one large rectangular compartment at the bottom. You can open it with just one hand. The attached handle makes it easier to carry. The raw wood from which it is made can be decorated by means of the decoupage method.

Good purchase for the price however I returned it as I didn't believe it would last. The base of each compartment is constructed of very thin plywood and the base of the one I received had 'blown' and so ribbons of wood were peeling away. No issues with the return and I was immediately refunded. I was tempted to purchase another but finally decided to spend more and received much higher quality product
