Stainless steel cooking grids, stainless steel frames, and housings have a lifetime warranty. All other components are warranted for one (1) year. |

The entire process of buying this big item, delivery, install and old removal was seamless…. All in three days was above are expectation.

Dangerous to life / Bad suppot
The grill is a disaster and life-threatening.If the flame goes out due to unfortunate circumstances, gas continues to flow out. In my case, the gas collected in the lower cupboard. When it was later ignited, the cupboard underneath and the grill exploded, causing severe burns to the skin.Bull Support does not feel responsible and refers to the dealer. The dealer is amazon and they refer to Bull Support. The additional warranty extension I took out via Assurion also doesn't feel responsible and again refers to amazon and Bull.The grill is no longer usable after the expansion and should be returned. Initially I even received a return label, but shortly afterwards I was told not to use it.Overall, I must warn against the grill as it does not have a switch-off device or it simply does not work.The insurance is not worth the money as it does not take care of the return.This is actually a case for a lawyer.I sincerely hope that Amazon and Assurion will be accommodating here, otherwise it will end in a legal dispute.One star is still too many, but no star cannot be entered

Super easy to install and works great!
We got this to replace and older grill that had caught fire. We considered having a professional installer come in to get it up and running, but decided to try it ourselves. It is almost completely assembled out of the box. The hardest part is lifting it in place. It hooked right up, and it works fantastic.

This is no "Bull" about this grill.
After spending a tremendous amount of time researching the web for grills and there are an endless amount of choices, we decided based on specs to buy the Angus - The grill is great for cooking and has a really good capacity for large meals.The cover and the lights are the weakest points, but they really are not the reason to buy a grill.Spend some time adjusting the air shutters to match your conditions! Technical support was helpful - the directions are not!

\Five years and still fully functional and easy to clean. Note: a great drip tray is a commercial SS baking sheet, fits my model well at 18X26 inch.

Doesn't do well if there is much wind
Decent grill built sturdy but doesn't do well if it's windy.

Love this grill!
What a great grill. We grill 3-4 times a week, and this grill makes it a pleasure. It's easy to light, and it gets very hot very quickly.

So disappointed- DO NOT BUY
Spent over $2100 on this grill thinking it was best in class. After 6 months the temperature gauge broke. After 1.5 years the grill started to rust. Contacted customer support multiple times, said temperature gauge was covered in warranty. Clearly unwilling to standby the claims of their products. I also purchased a bull refrigerator for $1800, and the lcd panel stopped working after a year.
