bright and consistent
this glaze set offers a lot of variety in colors. the jars are a bit small but they definitely last if you use them for smaller designs. theyโre bright and donโt crawl when fired at cone 5. they are a bit hard to brush with but they can easily be thinned out with water or gum solution. i definitely recommend if you want solid simply colored glazes!

Works as well as Amaco low fire
I used these as a summer camp guest teacher at a university. I was attracted to the broad firing range, because I was uncertain whether they would have me use shop clay (mid to high fire stoneware) or a different clay body of my choice (red majolica with a good porosity/maturation rating at low temps), when the supply order was requested. We ended up using the low fire red earthenware majolica, glazing as greenware, and fully firing in a single shot, with excellent results. The glazes, with 3 coats, came out true to description without the need for white engobe/slip/underglaze. Will definitely buy again.

OK for the most part!
Great color scheme! However best to put on thinned. Color ran in final high firing process. Probably would work best for small areas rather than large. Flat pottery pieces to rather than on outside of mugs and such.
