We did run into a small issue after receiving our order, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it right away. One thing to note: the playpen can slide a bit on hard floors like wood or vinyl, but placing it on a rug or play mat helps the felt pads grip much better. I recently purchased the Wooden Playpen Extra Large for my baby, and I couldn't be happier! Amazing product, and even better customer service. High quality construction, and very easy to assemble. Also very simple to adjust the size and shape of the overall enclosure. The wood is thoughtfully constructed with no signs of wood splinters or rough patches. The hinges have multiple set angles that lock into place, from 360 degrees one side to 90 degrees the other side. The weight is also just right, light enough to collapse with one person. Also, customer service was top notch. I asked for an additional panel which is normally sold separately and they sent me one free of charge!

This is a truly sturdy and nice playpen, locks easily, baby loves to play with all the activity items that come with it! The colors are really nice and aesthetic. I've received many compliments on our set up! You can configure it however you like, we ended up buying two of these as the size was slightly smaller than the dimensions provided.

Excellent Playpen. Easy to put together, it is functional & looks great at the same time. Took me about 20-25 minutes to put together. We have it our living room and it looks great.

so well built. easy to put together! my 7 month old absolutely loves to play with the little activities on it! the door on it is easy for adults to open and close but also complicated enough for babies and children. it’s also spacious enough for him to roll around and not hit himself

Great pen. Using it to go around my daughter's floor bed so we don't have to worry about her crawling out of the room at night. Fits perfectly around our queen floor mattress. She loves to pull herself up and flop back onto the bed with the bars and the toys keep her entertained. The wood is nice and soft, no splintering. I like that it can be folded up and put out of the way if guests need to use the room. The gate was a must have because I'm also pregnant and didnt want to be stepping over the rails, especially because I'm short. The only cons are it is a bit cumbersome to fold/change configurations & it isn't super solid, but don't think that will be an issue. If youre using it for multiple/older kids it could be an issue. Overall great purchase.
