It's funny because the nipples are a bit long and stick out quite a bit. The suit is very soft to the touch and also quite cool in temperature. It's easy to clean and put on; it is a bit heavy, but not overwhelmingly so. If I saw someone wearing this out in public, I wouldn't know it was a muscle suit; I would think it is their real body.

Really nice muscle suit, very heafty, and a pain to get in and out of, which is normal, and looks great!You can't see it in the photos, but the pain job is pretty realistic, not really pores, but they really go in for that effort to get the veins detailing in as if it's translucent and under the skin! Really cool effect!

This fits very very small. It was very difficult for a size medium to get on, and almost fit like an extra small. It is very lubed up which is nice, but if you drop it on a hard wood floor the floor becomes extraordinarily slippery. It looks extremely and eerily realistic.
