Have used it a few times now, in different weather conditions. its very good, plenty of good depth and width pockets. doubtful you could ever want more pockets. its comfortable and warm, wind resistant too. its not bothered by light rain, it just rolls off. its length is slightly on the short side, another 25/50 mm longer would have been perfect, but thats a personal thing only. there is a inside pocket which gives access to the void between inner and outer shell, a previous persons review was to say how bad this was, i don't agree, if it had been a lined pocket it would have been better, but having a very big deep pocket does give you some options, i placed a retractable umbrella in there and it was great, some care must be taken of course as the padding is in there too. the only problem i have found is that on a long walk, the collar, because the material is nylon, makes your neck sweat a little. For the money, there's nothing really to complain about. Another person said about the front breast pocket for your phone being too small for most phones. again i didn't find that to be the case. it will take most phones, but its width is a tad tight for very large phones, but the pocket is an expanding outward type so it would accommodate most phones i think. Tried a box in it measuring 75mm wide by 140mm length by 35mm deep, its a snug fit, certainly could take a bit more depth. Four stars is a little unfair, but its not perfect, just very very good.

I had to send the item back. The sizing chart is way out. Do not believe it. I am a 44in chest and normally wear L or XL. The size chart told me I needed to order a XXL. It was way too large you could have got two of me in it. Item returned.

I cannot fault the item one little bit, it was the exact colour and style I wanted, and since my existing body warmer is XXXL I thought this one needs to be the same but alas it wasn't. I contacted Amazon to arrange a return, and in the mean time ordered another but smaller. Unfortunately I didn't realise I would have to pay the £2.90 postage fee to return it. I thought with the pick-up points everything was free for prime members, but it's not.

I’ve got a 54” chest and ordered a 56” so I can wear a hoody underneath if required, it works with room to spare, I’m pretty broad and it’s still slightly tight across the shoulders, it’s got plenty of pockets and I like the fact half of them are zip closure, it’s warm enough and was showerproof in a recent drizzle, I use it to walk the dog and it’s got a zipped chest pocket on the right with an upward closing zip which is ideal for my smart phone and the headphone lead comes out the top of the zip without worry, it is slightly shorter than my old one, sitting just above the hips and could probably benefit from being a few inches longer in the body (jumpers and hoodies are longer) but very good value for money and the wife has requested one for herself so what more can you say

Originally thought this was exactly what my partner needed to add an extra layer over the winter months, however after only wearing for 2-3 times the pocket seam came apart. I contacted the seller who has refused to except a return and replace item, as it has been worn. Therefore as the jacket developed a fault so quickly have given 1 star.

Picture hides the fact it has an overback flap which is not my style.Collar is small.Biggest downer of all is the fact that the inside pocket leads straight into the inner lining of the jacket rendering it totally useless in my mind.It has the looks.Fit well.But.....I have sent mine back for a refund.Two stars is generous to me for this bodywarmer.It is not totally one star but it does have faults for a brand new and unused jacket.One reviewer posted a picture of the inner pocket not being an inner pocket - IT IS TRUE!Expect that if you buy this.

The Gilet did not sit comfortably and was too short in the front ( back longer)The seller did not answer my communication with him!I was disappointed that I had to pay for the return of this giletI live near enough to take back and save postage but not able to!Needed to prompt seller to get my refundWouldn't buy from this seller again

I bought this because I needed something for the winter as I work partly outdoors.It looks quite nice and the fit was good, also quite comfortable. But that is where the praise ends. The stitching began to fall apart very soon after wearing it and gradually got worse until the pockets started hanging off and eventually just came off!Also considering it's supposed to be a body warmer, it's not very warm at all even with a jumper or hoody underneath.Be warned , it's better to spend more and get some real quality. You'll only end up paying again like I did.
