Mini is ok but these are too small to be useable
This is a set of 7 DnD dice in a miniature version. They come in a black tube with a screw top lid and a keychain. The tube is well made and solid, it won't dint easily and the screw top aligns well and opens and closes easily without being too tight. The dice though - they are well made but they are tiny! I couldn't read them at all unless I put my face about 3 inches away from them, and even then a couple of them were hard to read.I love the idea of these, but for me, they are just that bit too small to be useful. Maybe good for collectors but not for playing.

Smaller Than I Imagined, but I Love Them!
Board gaming is my big passion. I have hundreds of games and lots of dice sets. Well they're not kidding about these dice being mini! They are by far the smallest ones I've used. I read in the description that they are only 6 to 9 mm, but even so, I was still surprised by how tiny they seemed in comparison to the standard 16 mm dice that I normally use.Their tiny size does make them very portable, and you can even use the metal case for them as a keyring, making sure that you always have a set of dice on you.For such tiny dice, they still feel like they have a bit of heft. I find they roll well and randomly. They look pretty.I have a few niggles. Sometimes I struggle to read the value on the D20 (my eyes are not as sharp as they used to be). I can read it if I get my head at a better angle relative to the lighting, but it's a slight hassle. And I find the D4 a bit fiddly to pick up.I love how you only need a small space to roll these, and how compact they are.I'd prefer if the dice were a little larger, but I love how portable they are, and that they're metal. They don't feel sharp, though I probably wouldn't want to step on the D4.Although I have those two niggles, I'm otherwise delighted with these dice, and I wouldn't want to be without them now.
