Simple steps for healthier eating... for adults, too!
Some reviews are bashing the simplicity of this cookbook, and if you're a pro at home cooking then, yeah, it's literally kids' stuff. Just puree veggies, and mix into your already-mastered recipes. Me, at 32 years of age: I know the cooking basics, but I have sensory processing issues & eating veggies is a source of serious frustration which means meal time can end in a panic attack. My speech therapist recommended this for oral sensory issues and I'm so glad to have it. The recipes are simple- comfort food dishes for me- like spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, brownies, grilled cheese, etc. The purees mix in flawlessly and I am eating more veggies than ever before. If you like simple recipes & are desperately trying to get more veggies into your children- or maybe even yourself- this is a great resource!

Yummy!
Great cook book for people with cancer looking to eat a more vegan diet. These recipes incorporate puréed vegetables that you don’t even know are in the food you are eating.
