Amazing products wort of price. Received with good packaging and safely. Received this product with additional screws which made fitting very easy. Finish was good received exact size and quality.

Excellent product overall.The only very minor issue is that the bolt at the back of the wall brackets are a little loose and sometimes after its installation on the wall, the hook rotates and it is not possible to tighten the bolt without uninstalling the wall bracket from the wall.It would be great if the bolt head be riveted to the body of the bracket at the back.The finish is flawless and the finials are also elegant.Its a 10/10 product

Complaint against replacement is also not addressed
1st time the product was delivered with missing wall plugs & screws. In the replacement also same . Screws & wall plugs are missing & also now the 1 of the holders are damaged.
