These are very cute, and I especially appreciated that the set included a small box of chalk. However, upon opening, we discovered that one of the mugs had a splash of the chalkboard paint INSIDE. At first, I thought it was just a piece of plastic or something that had been accidentally dropped in, and tried to pull it out, at which point the plasticy substance flaked and peeled horribly in lots of tiny black bits that seemed to cling to everything. I attempted to wash the mug out, but my fingers (which are on the small, slim, and flexible end of the scale) cannot reach through the mouth deeply enough to get the kind of traction that is apparently going to be necessary to get the remaining paint to come off completely, and a soap and bottle brush are not doing the trick, either. Meanwhile, it has taken several rinses to get out all of the little flakes of paint that did release from the glass, and, even then I'm not confident enough that I got all of those out to feel comfortable letting anyone actually drink out of the mug. I purchased these mugs for a specific purpose - a little "holiday party" (just my household; I'm not insane) - and I require exactly four, for the main event of the evening, in which we have already invested quite a bit of money, on ingredients that can't be returned to stores, there being a pandemic and all. It's also now far too late to purchase more... so... I'm hesitant to say that this issue ruined Christmas, during a year when hundreds of thousands of people have lost loved ones, homes, and lung capacity, and I'm lucky enough to be concerned with having enough chalkboard-painted mason jar mugs to fill with tasty treats for a silly little family shindig, but... I did pay for these mugs, which someone profited off of, so let's just say that I am rather frustrated by the whole thing, and that I advise anyone with more heartbreak in their lives not to buy these and potentially add disappointment to the mix. The mugs were just what I wanted for my daughter’s wedding. However, there were many issues with my orders. I wanted 100. My order must have been too many for them. It was canceled because they did not like the delivery address I gave them. I reordered the next day but could only get about half the order. When they arrived many of them were broken. I had to reorder from a variety of venders at an increasingly higher price. A few of the jar’s label were askew, but, as a whole the ones that did not break were very nice.

I would not recommend this product. The glass portion works great, but the chalkboard paint starts to chip and the metal lid will rust after a couple of washes.

Chalkboards broke apart and fell off after a single run through a countertop dishwasher. The glassware itself is good, though.

We bought these for our baby shower and they were the hit of the party! I got one for all guests to enjoy and take home with them. The only downside is the name does not stay on very long as the cup is used.

I ordered 20 for a party, one came in broken. But they are very good quality. It comes with 4 glasses, 4 lids with straw holes, 4 straws, and 2 sticks of chalk. Easy to write on and rub off.

The ad on these glasses stated they were 17.5 oz where thay are actually barely 16 oz otherwise i like them very much.

I’m so sad. These would have been great for what i need except i just opened the box and they’re broken. I don’t know if they’re cheaply made or if they were thrown around in shipping but i can’t use them now. I’m hoping company will replace, will update review when I know.

This product is not durable AT ALL, just by pouring water you can see it broke and the bottom piece came off. This is the second time this happens. Very disappointing! Don't waste your money

I feel very bad when I opened the box. One of the glass mug was broken. Too complicated to claim and replace it. Finally I kept the rest three mugs. Hope the seller asks the delivery company treat the mugs gentelly for other people who will buy them in the future.
