Should have hired an editor
I received this book as part of training to become a home-based travel agent. In reading through this book, I was shocked that the amount of grammatical, spelling, spacing, and general formatting errors in this book. All of the errors detract from the credibility of the book as a professional resource. While some of the information in the book is helpful for someone starting out, there is quite a bit of information that feels extremely dated. There is even a section in Chapter 18, that gives what I would call not only unethical but illegal advice for marketing to couples wanting to book a honeymoon. The book is also filled with a lot of opinion. After a while, it starts to feel like a bad sales pitch. Overall, I would say that anyone who does read this book needs to do so with a heavy amount of caution.
