These bags work great! I use mine in a 10 gallon Bayou classic crawfish pot that I purchased just for brewing. I put the bag in the inner basket with the bag and then use a pulley off the ceiling to lift the basket out. Then I place a 16" perforated pizza pan and sit the basket on it to drain back into the pot. The basket sits a few inches off the bottom and keeps you from burning the bag. It makes removing the grains from the mash a breeze. I always save some of the grains for my chickens. I add my hops to the mash after removing the grains and strain the mash again with the bag in the fermenting bucket to remove the hops debris from my beer. I can't believe I used to do this through a funnel strainer. The bags are so much quicker and efficient.

Had a strange bump on my arm. Saw the doc and he said it was some kind of weird infection he’s never seen before. He also thinks it has something to do with my recent trip to Thailand where the girl I met at the bar had an Adam’s apple for some reason. Anyway, the bag works great.

These reusable brew bags worked perfectly tompub apples in a liquid to flavor it, but also be able to get the fruit back out in a few days. The bags were easy to wash out and use again.

I actually did not use these for brewing. I use them to strain a large amount of tallow. It did a really great job with straining, and easy cleanup when I was done.

It’s is good to keep all the apple pieces from going all over and making a mess
