This just arrived today, and I already love it!! It feels like Jelly around my whole arm. It is cold right out of the package!!! I am suffering from some carpal tunnel, so I'm excited to use this. The quality is excellent and I definitely feel pain relief. What a great value! It's fits perfectly and allows for flexibility!

This sleeve fits my elbow pretty well. I bought the size Small. I'm about 130lbs, 5'6". It is so convenient to be able to work while heating my elbow. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that the heat only lasts a few minutes. But it's very comfortable and easy to use.

I got 2 pairs because I couldn't gatekeep this. My household holds a dancer, volleyball player, swimmer, & gym rat - we all use it.It's comfortable & stays cold for the appropriate amount of time (20mins) - just enough time to relieve most of the pain.The sleeve design is well done & covers the joints fully. We keep it in the little plastic pouch it came in when freezing & it holds up well.

I purchased one for my knee and it works quite well. They are very soft and conform to the shape of my knee very well. They stay cold for over 20 minutes before I need to put back in the freeze. I haven't used them for a warn application so I can't report on it, but if it's anything like using it cold I'm sure it will preform excellent.

Easy to use

This stays real cold, is flexible & comfortable.

The idea is good, but you've got to get smaller sizes than what they suggest. And, it only stays cold like 10-12 minutes. I bought this for my elbow area and I have to keep my arm bent otherwise it slides off. I ordered the size suggested.
