Very happy so far
It works great and takes about 15 minutes to get to 150. Assembly was incredibly simple but I'd make sure you have two people to put it together. Shipping was a bit weird because they called to setup my appointment a week before it was expected to arrive and then it disappeared from the shipment tracking. It ended up being delivered on the original day expected. Overall very happy with this after having it for a couple weeks.

VERY POORLY BUILT - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE
Buyer beware - this is a very poorly built product where the wood siding swelled up and became separated from the frame before I could even attempt to assemble. There is no way to contact seller directly as number provided by Amazon does not answer and Amazon says it is the Seller's problem - Seller has no way of contacting them directly. Should have paid more attention to the other posts from other buyers regarding no support from seller and no responsibility from Amazon. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Great Customer Service
Love the look. Fits perfectly in my space. HOWEVER I’m concerned about the heating. I’ve only used it twice so far. It takes about 30 min to get to 111 degrees. After being on for an hour it only rose to 120. The other reviews mentioned max heat of 140 in approx. 20-30 min. I hope the company reaches out to me. UPDATE: when you shop with this company you don’t have to worry, because they are going to diligently contact you until your problem is resolved. I followed their instructions and have seen an improvement in the time it takes my sauna to warm up. I’m extremely satisfied with their commitment to customer service.

Great investment to health
My wife and I put together and went smooth! Product is tight fitting and door seals great! The speakers are amazing, we enjoy music and a nice heat soak to relax from the craziness each day!

Just go a sauna and 1 of the ceramic Heating tube is not working , no manufactures info , telephone or email , so before you buy one take this in consideration , zero communication for warranty or technical support.

Great communication and easy set up
There was amazing communication whenever I had a question regarding delivery the packaging was pristine easy to carry each piece in and assembly was super easy so far so good. We have been using this product for almost a month and everyone in the house loves it. I would highly recommend
