It's alright. It doesn't really have a taste, it's just kinda hot for a split second and disappears.It's fine in tea or hot chocolate. Gives it a nice kick. Food, not so much.

For Once!...Xtra Hot
For the very first time, I ordered a product which said it was "Extra Hot" and it was actually "Hot"! I don't know what it is lately, but most products which say they're hot are "Mild" at best. Not Mike's Hot Honey Extra Hot; it's actually "Hot". Yay!! I don't like it when sellers misrepresent products, and Mike's is one of the first products I've gotten which lived up to their billing. Prior to ordering I had typed in a question about what kind of peppers were used. Amazon's AI said it wasn't specified. Well, I can tell you, immediately after tasting some there is the distinct flavor of Habanero peppers. Habanero peppers have a very distinct flavor, so I would say there are definitely Habaneros. This hot honey is actually excellently flavored. We brush it on salmon before grilling with some 'everthing bagel' seasoning; a true 5-star dish which you'll rate a solid "10"! Hot honey goes great with so many things (i.e. fish, chicken, wings, etc.). It's even great on steaks. Mike's, thank you for making something which is not only delicious, but also..."Hot"!
