Mothering Our Boys: A Guide for Mums of Sons Paperback

This book came highly recommended and as a mum of 2 young boys (10) and (6) I am thoroughly enlightened! I've only just started reading it but already I'm loving the insightful, caring and often funny anecdotes. Maggie Dent has a way of connecting as a mum and as a friend rather than being preached to which in itself is heart-warming. Loving it so far!

I have recommended this book a hundred times over since I began reading it - to other parents of boys, to early years educators I know, to pretty much anyone. I read the book whilst saying "Yep. Yep. Yep. God yes" throughout. If you have a son, read it. If you teach boys, please, please, please read it.

The best parenting book I’ve ever read. I thoroughly recommend to everyone who has a boy. I’ve definitely redirected my parenting style since reading this and I hope to adopt a lot of what Maggie dent has said in her book.
