I really like this unit, it works well, mirrors my phone functions, and has expandable storage for music etc in both USB and Micro SD slotsThe rear camera is invaluable, especially when being used in a camper.Update: The camera stopped working, so I sent support an email. Quick response, especially considering the time difference, resolved, with replacement parts being sent out without any issue.

I like the product but it has become unusable as it will not stick to the dashboard. The mat does not work and it is constantly falling over. It would be better if it can be removed out of sight when not in use. I have bought some Velcro tape which I will try and glue.

Well what can I say, I've been a vantrue fan for many years and have loads of their products (both bought and gifts from others). Normally they are all 5 stars, even if they are defective, their customer service is outstanding. So let's get into this.Functionality - it's great, user friendly and it connects really easily. It's simple and straight forward in terms of being able to adjust settings to suit your needs.Audio - I'll be honest, it's not great... Compared to the normal Bluetooth you get from a built in android auto connection, it could do with improvement as it's really quiet. When switching from car stereo to Android auto, it is so hard to hear so you have to crank the volume right up and then deafens you when you switch back to stereo because of how high you needed it.Fit & set up - very simple, comes with one of the sticky pads already stuck onto the base so it's just peel and stick however... Despite having 4 individual arms to help adhesion, after about 2 weeks of use, it came off and didn't hold it in place. (if you have a curved dashboard then it doesn't hold great). Needs to be flat or very tiny curve only.Value for money - does the job well and lovely product overall but just unfortunate that it is not great for curved surfaces

It doesn't support driving needs well google maps on my phone is better and camera not to good especially in dark or when raining

I am very happy with this clever and useful device.It comes with a sticky patch to secure it to the dashboard.The device is then a simple instal, simply plugging it into a cigar lighter.It is then a very easy matter to connect your phone, and in my case use Apple CarPlay.There is a 1080 rear reversing camera which provides a clear view.Overall, this is a great device, that has a quality feel to it, for cars that do not currently have Apple or Android connectivity...A great product that is straightforward to fit and use.

Super happy with this purchase! The 7-inch touchscreen looks fantastic in my car, and the wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto work like a charm. Reversing is now a breeze thanks to the crystal-clear 1080p backup camera. Awesome sound quality and voice assistance too. Love it!
